would you please explain to me how the b-hopping works in this game? I want to get into speedrunning it but keep losing stamin too quickly. Would you also please explain how the pushing your head through walls on level 2 is helpful?
B-Hop is a little tricky since you may just want to do it when your stamina is about to run out, you need to tap sprint and jump at the same time and once you hit the ground you continue one-tapping and jumping each time you hit the ground to keep the momentum, I recommend doing it on your last stamina seconds because it still consumes stamina and it can be risky to try b-hoping all the time because any imperfection can cause you to not go that further when you are doing it than you're just running. The head slam on level 2 was just to confirm the sound source of the valve since it could be heard nearby but could be a long maze to go, leading me to follow that one since it was the nearest known. Also keep in mind that the speedrun was made on v0.7.1.1 and a lot has changed on the newer versions.
@@dropinx thank you for this info and I think that but at the end is quite helpful cuz I think the new version (it’s called like 0.8.sum.sum) has removed that head glitching for level 2
In level 6 how do you know which hole to jump in? My friends and I literally all follow the colored boxes and click for music but it’s a guessing game at that point which one we jump in.
It's quite simple, it is a matching puzzle and just one color + portrait will be the answer, there is 3 doors with 3 random colors followed with an entity portrait on top of it representing that color. On the video, the Yellow door signed by the human portrait on top of it was the right one since just that had the matching color
@@dropinxand once you’re down there is the glitched furniture in the floor with the caution tape randomly generated? Cause I dropped down there and no exit portal spanned for me.
@@toriancromar The tape is a guide that goes from the elevator to the glitched furniture set, but the glitched set can be also found by following the "EXIT" light signs on the roof. It always have those spawned but sometimes it can be generated poorly which may take some walking if you are unlucky
