  • This astral projection hypnosis is designed for beginners. If you struggle to focus for long periods during meditation or your astral travel practice or experience conscious mind interference such as body twitches and itches, this session is designed to help you too.
    I guide you through alternating focus on relaxing the physical body and activating the astral body which also stops the mind from overthinking or wandering.
    I then guide you to the deepest trance state at the physical level and in the same hypnotic technique, I also guide you to activate the astral body.
    There is also extra support and a second opportunity to detach the astral body if you find that you only achieve partial success in your practice.
    This has no call back so you can take as long as you wish on your astral adventures.
    Remember you are always connected to your physical body and can return at any time.

    Third time I finally felt the vibrations. Took me a dozen different videos and dozens of attempts. Finally I felt what I was wanting. I haven't fully separated yet, but that was amazing.

    I have tried for years to replicate what i remember doing when i was young. I remember looking at my body in bed while i moved around. I also remember the intense vibrations just before i left my body. You have gotten me almost there and have giving me hope again. Your voice is so hypnotizing. You're the only one that has gotten me to slow my breathing and heartbeat. I've started feeling the energy all around me and started to feel the intense intense vibrations again.     I got in a wrestling match with someone in the astral world. I don’t think he was trying to hurt me. He tackled me wrestling me. I overpowered he the I woke up! I wasn’t afraid or anything like that, I knew he couldn’t hurt me. I will keep astral projecting!

    I’ve try this a few times. It worked today! I didn’t turn back and me myself. It’s like I was in outer space, and I saw a bright light, then I was back. I had to look at my hands, It like, did such happen? I can say wow!

    This is amazing! Really gets me very relaxed. I can feel my astral body trying to float up. It’s so super light. Arms and legs are out so are shoulders. I try to roll and it doesn’t work so I must not be quite ready but I’ll keep trying. ❤

    For the first time,I felt it,I thought it was a hallucination n opened my eyes,i probably broke it but still felt that vibration for a few minutes later,so grateful i tried it, thank you, I'm gonna make sure i get better at this,it felt magical,thank you so much again

    I’ve been meditating regularly for about 6 months and had some interesting experiences. I have images or hallucinates in my mind’s eye, maybe lucid dreams and after ‘watcher’ meditating found this AP which is great. Going to start practicing and see how it develops 😊

    I have dealt with sleep paralysis all my life and most of the time very scary. I had also astral projected 4 times in my life, without even knowing it.
    These last two times were very different because of the help with these meditations. These really helped me be present and helped with my breathing when I would feel scared during the projection. I’m so grateful for these!
    I can also control my lucid dreaming and fear less of the unknown.

    I was feeling deep into this, seeing many visions in my minds eye, and I saw this man’s face, we made eye contact and then it jolted me out. He had short brown hair that kinda spiked, he was sitting at a diner, wearing a hoodie I think. He looked European, the only way I can describe it. Kind of like Barry Keoghan but not Irish.

    Amazing! Will give this a try. Been at it about a month or so now and I've been close but not successful yet. I realize that's not a long time to practice, but it's funny that when I first started out I felt I was having more success than I am now (vibrations, visuals and such). So maybe I'm working too hard on it and my subconscious is telling me to take a rest for a bit? 🤷‍♂

      It could be. If you're anticipating, focused on the ending, outcome etc., as I mention in this session, you need to let go of those emotions because they will keep you attached to your physical body.

    I always end up falling asleep and having some pretty crazy, off the wall, sometimes scary, awkward extremely vivid dreams 😖 this time I was dreaming of one thing, then I woke up from the dream in my dream and was relieved it was just a dream not realizing I was just dreaming, then slipped into a terrifying nightmare before I woke up for real 😮

    I don't know to explain this but i felt a strange intense feeling, i got up from my bed feeling very different and strange,i thought i projected my astro self i tried to look at my bed but there was no one and i felt a strange pull , pulling me to my bed and I woke up again...i don't understand anything please explain to me , what did I just experience.. did I astro project or i didn't and why did i walk up in the first place feel strange and if i projected why didn't i see my self sleeping on the bed.

    The hypnosis was really good, both ne and my wife were almost there, but then in that state the commercial popped up. The commercial in this state was almost terrifying and totally horrible. We won't ever use TH-cam for this again.

      I'm sorry you experienced that. I hope TH-cam is not trying to insert ads without creators' approval again. This has happened in the past. I have not seen any other complaints about ads so it could be a buffering issue with your internet connection. Absolutely do report to TH-cam Support (they will not listen to the creator i.e. to me, it has to come from the public). Sorry this happened and I trust this is a one-off. Best, Sarah

    Every time i try to AP i feel vibration in my hands, arms and head. And in moment when i want go out of body i see blue light for less then a second. After that, I woke and i did not AP but my physical body is energized. What i do wrong?

      Just keep practicing and stop worrying about the outcome. I've been trying for a few days now and nothing so far, a jerk there or here but nothing. Maybe we're too outcome dependent.

    How often should I do this before there's results?
    should i do this dailly? twice a day?
    Is there a time of the day that's better than another? Maybe just before sleep? or the afternoon?

      @@unlockyourlife Thank you, this is my first time trying and although it didn't happen, I felt lots of tingles, a sudden jerk but it stopped, more tingles, some flashes and then it was back to a normal deep relaxing meditation. Something was moving but it didn't give out fully. I'll try again.

      If that is you first time that is definitely great progress! Remember to keep breathing steady and really practice that. I talk more in my blog article but one thing that trips people up is they get excited/afraid/overwhelmed at the vibrational stage and then lose the state of mind. What is key is to remain calm. That's why in this session I ask you to focus on the breath as it will be the way you can keep calm and focus on exiting instead of snapping out of theta state when you start to feel the astral body activate. Also, practicing regularly is important but also don't practice to the point you get frustrated, tired etc. There's a reason I remind the listener to release all wanting and wishing, all anxiety and fears as these emotions will block your progress. Only practice when you can be patient with yourself and take each moment as it comes. When you find yourself anticipating or forcing or just frustrated, then it's time to take a break. I hope this all helps. Last thing: experiment with times of day/night. Wake up a couple hours earlier than usual as a start. Wishing you success! Sarah

      Astral projection is also called out-of-body experience. It means leaving your body for a short time.
