It can take a while. But it all depends on the trust. Some might call you back same day to let you know. Some don’t. Maybe you can email the hr team or the people who interviewed you to find out what’s going on.

They will get back to you within 3 weeks but if it takes longer you can reach out to the recruiter via email or telephone that you are yet to receive the offer letter. This is a common delay from the HR.
