It can take a while. But it all depends on the trust. Some might call you back same day to let you know. Some don’t. Maybe you can email the hr team or the people who interviewed you to find out what’s going on.

If you have are a trained paramedic, that qualifies you. There are paramedic courses done by some schools in that regard.

Hi Ifeanyi, you must prove you can read, write, speak and understand English to at least level B1 which is equivalent to IELTS band 4 - 5 but my advise is to aim to get at least a band 7 or a band 6.5 and instead of the normal IELTS, take the IELTS UKVI so as to be able to use it for immigration purposes as well not just job search. 👌
