Thank you so much for the video Rudra! I have a question for you... for this style track, is it possible to achieve similar results by using a less complex mastering chain? For instance just with ableton stock plugins and say ozone 10?

hey, thank you so much for the comment, sorry for the late reply I was just busy with my family due to the holidays. Yes, you can achieve similar results using Ozone 10 as it is a powerful plugin with everything we need to master a track. in the video, I am using just some different compressors and limiters for a different flavour but eventually, all these things do pretty much the same thing which is to glue the track and bring up the overall loudness to industry standards. In Ozone, you have all the modules available in the plugin itself you can also experiment with the assistant build-in. I use it all the time as a starting point and go from there. I would say if you have a decent mix then there is very little stuff you need to do in the mastering stage. I would make a full video to master a track using ozone shortly. for now, if you have any questions feel free to reach out, hope that helps.

that Fairchild Tube Limiter in the master, are you using the native or Apollo version of the plugin?

it is the native version of the UAD Apollo.
