1985년 발표된 이문세의 3집에 수록된 ‘소녀’는 작곡가 이영훈의 서정적인 팝 멜로디에 이문세의 감수성 넘치는 보컬이 만나 당시 청소년들뿐 아니라 전국민적인 사랑을 받았으며, 30여년이 지난 지금까지도 세대와 세대를 넘어 큰 사랑을 받고 있는 곡이다.

이거 진짜 대단한게 그냥 드라마속에서나 실연하는 주인공들이 아니라 진짜 서울 어느곳에서 저 주인공들이 잘 살고있을거 같다..어남택으로 끝나버린 결말이 아닌 고등학생 정환 덕선 선우 동룡 택으로.
저는 최근에 이 드라마를 첨봤는데요... 하루만에 밤새서 보고 눈 퉁퉁 부은채로 출근했어요
하도 울어서...ㅠㅠ
정말 많은 면에서 공감하고 배울 수 있는 좋은 드라마였어요

@@빅터스-t7u 이거 진짜 공감이요… 드라마 속 인물들이 저희 부모님 세대라서 저의 어린 시절과는 너무 다르지만 알 수 없는 향수가 너무 느껴지고 요즘과는 다른 낭만과 순수함이 가득한 거 같아서 너무 그리워지네요… 가장 가까운 2000-2010년대 마저도요

This is the thing that makes Reply 1988 so great, it was solely family-based. Unlike a lot of dramas it didn’t just focused on a couple, but it focused on the relationships between many people. I remember the episode when Duk-Seon talked to her father about how she felt left out in the family, I cried so hard because I could deeply relate. Another precious moment was when their grandmother passed away, at the time a dear teacher of mine passed away of cancer and I was watching the episode outside her classroom. It felt comforting and warm. This drama means so much to me in so many levels.
I agree. One of my fav scene is with bora and their mother. When her mother tries to protect her from the police and the dialogue says why can't mother's be a more prideful. And It says because they care about their children so much that they forget their pride to protect them. I got to understand my mother more throughout this drama.
yes basically, in this drama almost basic family problem included and thats why we feel so related to this movie
I would recommend My Mister for you. It gave me the same feelings as when I watched 1988. I even liked it better.

@@noir114 true I liked my mister but this was better for me 😭 cus it wasn't just relatable but it literally had us on an emotional roller coaster and I felt like I lost something after it ended felt empty. 😢. also I like how both have such great original soundtracks that totally relay the story of the drama

요즘은 저런 드라마가 없지.
I sometimes watch series (Western and Asian) but Reply 1988 was the only one that broke my heart into pieces. Not just because of romantic love. It gave me the feeling that I’ve lost a portion of my life. It’s as if I’m part of their neighborhood. It made me sad when they had to go separate ways (from family and friends). It made me miss my siblings, my parents and my neighborhood. It made me look back how I spent my youth. I began to yearn for childhood friends like them. The series didn’t just revolve around the love of Dukseon and Taek as it also showed love for your siblings, love for your parents, and love for your bestfriends. A classic Kdrama that anyone will surely love to watch any time or any year.
couldn't agree anymore.. me too, i not a big fan of K-drama, but reply 1988 change my perspective. It's like the director and script writter worked perfectly..

나이먹을수록 쌓이는 추억들이 많아져서 그런듯
2년전 댓글이지만.. 개인적인 소견으론 어리면 어릴수록 가사는 잘 귀나 머리에 안 들어옴. 그런데 나이가 들면 들수록 가사가 귀에 들어오고, 자신의 경험과 혼합되어 자신만의 감정을 새로 느낄수 있기 때문이 아닐까.
어떤이는 어린이 이지만 노을을 보고 아름답다, 이쁘다, 저물어 가는 모습이 왠지 센치하다라는걸 알았다면 이런 노래를 어릴때 들었더라도 누군가 이성을 좋아한 적이 있고 그게 잘 이루어지지 않았다면 환경과 감정이 그런 상태에 젖기 쉬운 상태가 되는거고..
어릴때나 젊을때나 그저 노는 것이 메인이고 주변 환경보다는 사람간의 어울림에 집중한다면 사람간의 감정은 많이 교류하지만 혼자라는 감정과 잘 안되던 기억같은게 쌓이지 않았다면 이런 노래를 듣고 가사를 듣는다고 해도 나의 감정과는 그닥 이해가 안 되겠지.
뭐 더 단적인 예로.. 나를 예로 들면 이문세씨가 불렀던 소녀에는 별 감정이 없는데 오혁이 부른 소녀에는 좀 더 감정이입이 된다고 하면 결국 사람따라 다른데, 사람이 익으면 익을수록 어릴때, 젊을때보다는 감정을 추스리고 만드는데 유리하다 해야할까.
어리고 젊을땐 감정이 뾰족하여 높낮이 폭이 크다면, 나이가 들어갈수록 감정폭이 높낮이는 줄어들더라도 감정이 움직이는 상황은 젊을때보다는 다양하고 많아지지 않냐라는 뇌피셜을 써본다.

뒤늦게야 최근에 이 드라마를 봤는데작가의 고집 (시청자의 예상대로는 안할거야~!!) 혹은 중간에 스포가 나와서바꾼게 아닐까 할 정도의 개연성이 부족..심지어 해당 역할 당사자인 혜리마저 혼란스러워해서 혜리가 납득하게 하는데에만도 작가와 연출이 시간을 꽤 할애했다는 후문이 있을 정도니실패한 결말입니다. ㅋ
덕선이랑 정환이는 현실에선 진짜 연인이 되었죠.

Junghwan may not the most handsome out of 4 guys there, but his charm totally striking (and im kinda melted over his little chuckle and those secretive lovely sweet act toward Deokseon) and those charm forecloses ALL visual weakness of him. I like him the most, not only as Junghwan, but real Ryu Joon Yeol as well :)

Just finished watching this (2020),all i can say is that it’s the best Korean drama for me. Not just the friendship that i admire but the love of their parents to their children is indeed incomparable. I can’t move on to Bora and her dad’s scene. It made me cry a lot esp that im close to my father😌

전 덕선.정환 열심히 고등학교 다닐때대학교에 갓 입학한 새내기 신입생이었답니다.
드라마에 나오는 집에 저도 살았었어요.
골목 풍경.집구조.패션등등이 그 시대를 너무잘 재현한거 같아요.
다 탄 연탄재가 쌓여져 있는 골목풍경. 만원버스 놓치지 않으려고 집에서 부터 버스정거장까지 전 속력으로 달음박질했던 모습들...
모두 지난 시간속 나의 모습들이어서 보는 내내 콧등이 시큰거렸어요.
지금은 찾아볼수없는 추억의 풍경들이라 그립고 안타까울 뿐입니다.
이드라마를 아마 10번도 넘게 본것 같네요. 내 어린시절이 그리울때면 이 드라마가 생각납니다.
시간이 무심히 지나가네요

I want to watch back this drama. But My heart aches when at the end it is not Junghwan. I know many said that watch this series for family and friendship but can you expect from us when It is so difficult and pain watching Junghwan in this. Why did the writer showed many chemistry and scenes between him and duk seon? Till now I am confused :')
as Junghwan himself said when he rushed to the concert only to find Taek(?) had made it earlier...
He could have be the one...if he had quit the movie in the very beginning...yet he hesitated for too long....
fate/ timing/ are seemingly the reasons for the result while the underlying one is his hesitation...
probably his love for Dukseon is not strong enough to push him to act more, not as strong as Taek's ... (my humble opinion

But I just wanted to free this feelings of mine to someone whom I like for so long. Unlike other one sided love story that didn't got a chance, mine got one. Got, Past tense! What I regret is that I didn't tell him how I really really like him that until now I still can't move on. Shit hesitations back then. I lost him, now his gone. And shit this feeling. The time he was gone I also thought it was because of fate. But, NO! It was me all along. I am the one creating all those decisions. THIS IS MY FAULT, I DESERVE THIS.. Pls. if you love someone tell them, NOW!

yes I was really heartbroken too. I saw myself to them, as I ended up with my ex-husband not to my ultimate crush. almost 15years I like him, but when the time I confessed to him, my feelings gradually disappeared. letting go myself from the past was so damn good to restart a new chapter of life.

이미정 엔딩이 뭐가 어떻긴 기존 스토리 라인 다 꼬아놨구만ㅋㅋ 저렇게 할려면 정말 두가지 라인을 다 제대로 만들면서 하나를 선택하던지.. 정환이랑 감정선을 다 구축해놓고 엉뚱한대로 가니까 사람들이 못받아들이는거지. 그냥 부담감에 예상을 뒤집기 위한 결말만 생각하다보니 이런 결과가 발생한거ㅋ 그리고 두 사람이 현실에서 사귀는 걸로 증명해버림ㅋㅋㅋㅋ

그 시절 그대로의 날 것을 재현한 느낌이었던 드라마
누구나 각자의 젋고 빛나던 청춘은 있었다..
응팔은 그 시대를 향유한 이들의 가슴 깊은 곳을 누르는 무언가 있는 거 같다
여느 날과 비슷한 나른한 주말 낮 아버지와 소파에 앉아 TV를 보던 나에게 시계의 초침이 느려지는 듯한 시간의 지체를 느낄 수 있었다
난 별생각 없이 재밌게 보고 지나친 장면들 진주를 위한 눈사람을 만들기 위해 마을 이웃들이 전부 모여 만드는 장면, 친구들끼리 성인 영화를 몰래 보기 위해 군복을 입는 장면 몇 없는 짧은 순간이었지만 아버지의 쿨럭거림과 만월의 고요함이 나를 휘감았다
내가 태어나고 22년 동안 힘든 일, 경조사 다 치르며 한 번도 울지 않던 아버지의 눈가에 이유 모를 이슬이 맺히고, 짧은 그 순간 아버지의 두 눈엔 1988년 우두커니 서있는 소년이 작게나마 비춰보였다
이제야 느끼는 거지만 당시에 고등학교에 입학한 나에겐 이해하기 힘든 향수였지 않을까
군에 입대하고 이제는 조금 아버지의 감정을 흉내 낼 수 있을 거 같다
아버지의 볼에서 흐른 눈물에 비춘 윤슬의 의미는 소중한 것을 지키기 위해 포기한 꿈과 꿈을 포기한 대가로 얻은 소중한 가정 앞에서 가장 오래된 꿈이 찬란하게 겹쳐 보인 듯했다
어쩌면 1988년도의 아버지를 위로할 수 있는 건 지금의 나보다 2021년 그 시간을 살고있는 고등학생의 내가 아닐까?

덕선이 시점에서 보면 당연히 잘챙겨주는 택이한테 호감이 가는게 맞죠 정환이는 뒤에서만 지켜보고 덕선이한테 호감표시를 잘 안했잖아요
넷플릭스에서 나왔길래 정주행 다시했는데 누가봐도 택이랑되게 되어있던데요 ? 고백, 표현 모두 택이가 더많이하고 먼저해요
I love how Deoksun is strong but somehow breaks down when something bad happens, that’s how real she is. She doesn’t just keep her thoughts in her and let it get the best of her. Hyeri portrayed her well☺️
I loved this drama soooo much. But the last few episodes totally ruined me. I didn't even watch he last two episodes cuz I know I'll be tempted to break my phone or something. 😢

As the show gradually progressed Jung Hwan went from a main cast member to hardly getting any screen time. The last episode? Pretty much nothing - only served to console Sung Woo and his mother. Also, there was no mention of him when they got older. Really disappointing :(
