There's also the fact that this is Portal 2, which is not even remotely a horror game. Given the engine, I would say this is an extremely impressive horror experience.

I keep coming back to this trilogy (and Watching Paint Dry, too) because not only are the mods really well done, they also prove themselves by making Jolly, who can usually take the piss out of any trying-to-be-scary game, continually almost shit himself.
Gotta give props to Jolly for actually react like a normal human being at spooky stuff (makes things feel more tense) rather than just scream like a manchild at the first chance. Quite the refreshing content. Im looking forward to more of this kind during this month

Good thing this mod seems to be very tamed in regard to the relativistic physics and portals. He's only gonna have mild trouble with the puzzles. Most likely will take him a couple of hours to finish one of the more advanced puzzles.

Part 2 used to be the scariest for, until i found out how to solve part 3 till the end and, gotta warn you, it's really f cking scary. I won't spoil anything, but let's just say the first part is really sweet compared to the 2 next. Also there is a forth part, but it's really buggy, and can hardly be completed due to crash. Oh and by the way, the creator is really a cool and nice guy, always open to critisism and willing to help. He is currently working on a full Portal mod (not just a map) called Vahallah. Look promising. Check that out. And good video also !
That whole situation was fake - the blood is ketchup, tables were overturned because someone opened a window and a light breeze knocked everything over and the mannequins were moved by... dollies. *badum tss*
i dont want to spoil the story, but each level has something interesting about it, the second has you carrying a laptop around and checking your messages using that, the 3rd has you setting up the mannequins, and the 4th has you doing detective work
One time my friends and I were driving through Texas in the middle of the night, and stopped at a gas station. It turned out to be closed, but there was one light on inside, and the whole place was packed with mannequins.

But then Miles says he didn't put any fake blood down. They're probably seeing how smart the human is by them either knowing that Miles is an established joker or if they'll just run out into a mannequin.
I love how this mod deals with music and lighting, it helps surround the tone of “being watched”. I doubt it would be as scary with happy music and bright lights all the time, i especially love the “we didn’t put any fake blood down”

Then you see the mannequin in the cameras sitting there. It would make sense to set up a mannequin looking at a camera, especially if your target is someone who works in security. But when you backtrack and notice an empty chair, that's when it should hit you. But of course Jolly is oblivious as always, yet manages to be scared shitless.

I love the fact that this mod is most probably a nod to animated mannequins being scrapped concept from Portal 2. They would have essentially been like turrets to fire at player or something similar. There's even a trading card called "Mannequin". This makes this mod seem cannon to portal 2.
