My why as a coach is to support Christian empty nest moms who are having difficulty in relationships with their adult children. I am called to help them heal, find enduring hope and live in radical joy, even in the midst of their storm.
There is nothing more fulfilling for me to see the potential in others, help them discover that potential in themselves and then support them in growing a future that they create when understanding that all things are possible.
My why is to serve others so I can help improve human potential. I am an executive leadership coach that wants nothing more than to improve performance of leaders so I can help Unlock limitless human potential. I am a humanist first and foremost. I believe in the power of humanity and I want to use my coaching practice to improve the lives of leaders so they can improve the lives of those they lead.
My Big Why, is to help people to learn to love themselves and others, evolving spiritually, healing themselves and become love-being that wil create love-driven society.
My why as a yoga and meditation instructor (and perhaps wellbeing coach in the near future) is to make change. I want to see people transforming to their best version of themselves. I want to inspire that change, help and support with love and kindness and playfulness. But although I have my why clear and my vision clear I am a bit struggling communicating it to people and clients and still don't feel very confident.
You are amazing Ajit. It is inspiring to watch you. My “why” is - It gives me a sense of fulfilment when I am able to make a positive change in someone’s life. I also cherish the learning we get in the process
Coach Ajit thank you for your work and kindness. My WHY is: To empower YES Empower Baby Boomers to an impactful second half of their lives AND also to lasting legacies for their loved ones and the world they influence
I want to empower others with the tools to live a joyful and successful life without having to endure the struggles that I have gone through. Short answer: I want to empower other people's mindset!
My why is so others do not die. It's not just about you saving yourself, it is about the people who literally do not kill themselves because of you. That is what I see as the highest karma.
