I took it over to my neighbors to see if it was theirs. My neighbor told me the name on it was for the previous owner's mother, Marilyn, who had lived with them for a while before passing away. It took me a while to put it together, but I eventually asked my daughter if her friend's name was Marilyn and she said yes. 😬

While creepy, it's extremely common for children to play out imaginary scenarious and have imaginary friends and not be able to distinguish them from reality. There is nothing paranormal about it, the kids in these videos are likely exposed to such language, how else would they be able to even know such words as "kill", "ghost" and "dead". Bad parenting right there, possibly even done for views and internet points.

My dad told me that when I was a 5 years old, he took me to my grandfather's village which I was visiting for the first time . In the way , there was a very old house where we stopped for nature's call . I stood near the house for 5-6 minutes without saying anything . When he asked me "What are you doing , son?" Several of us experienced this with my now 21 year old nephew, when he was around 2 years old. I had an uncle that died a couple of years before he was born (1996). My grandfather was visiting, and my brother's family, and my parents. We were all out on the back deck, and several quiet conversations were happening. We heard my nephew say "Who's that?", and it was loud enough we all stopped, and looked to where he was looking, which was between my Mom and my Grandfather. He had a puzzled/concerned look on his face. After a couple of seconds he said "It's ok. It's uncle Tom."! The thing is, nobody ever talked with him about Uncle Tom. He was too small to get into explaining any of that to him. Plus my brother and I didn't see Uncle Tom too often, which explains why he looked in between my Mother and My Grandfather. That was my Uncle's Dad and sister. It was the most unbelievable single event I've ever experienced. It's not something that any of us can just rationalize away, and it has changed how I feel about death and the possibility of an afterlife.

Personally I've found that there are a good number of people that have been holding on to a story that they haven't told anyone, or they've learned to keep it to themselves, because of experiences you mentioned, when they tried to tell someone. Every once in a while, the person you're telling your story to will decide that they've finally found someone that's safe to open up to. It's time for us to grow up as a species, and do away with that teasing behavior. We're supposed to grow out of grade school behavior. If the ridicule would stop, we just might learn something new and mind blowing.
I cried but I also couldn't find anything about it unfortunately. They do say that kids are way more likely to see spirits than adults, I think it's probably related to the fact that kids are among the most innocent forms of life are kids and spirits feel more or less comfortable for a lack of better terms manifesting to kids for that reason. My dad told me that when I was a 5 years old, he took me to my grandfather's village which I was visiting for the first time . In the way , there was a very old house where we stopped for nature's call . I stood near the house for 5-6 minutes without saying anything . When he asked me "What are you doing , son?" I said "I died here." . He told me that he was completely horrified . I don't think my father is lying because till this day whenever I go to my grandparents , they do not allow me to go through that road .

It was winter based on how they were dressed. So they lied/exaggerated about the snakes and alligators, they wouldn’t be active. So they probably lied about the ghost in their video.

My friend made a habit of "killing" the ghosts and monsters his two kids were frightened of. The child seems to be pretending to see something go by, probably imitating the way the father acts when he goes in to "kill" the ghost at her bedtime.

Several of us experienced this with my now 21 year old nephew, when he was around 2 years old. I had an uncle that died a couple of years before he was born (1996). My grandfather was visiting, and my brother's family, and my parents. We were all out on the back deck, and several quiet conversations were happening. We heard my nephew say "Who's that?", and it was loud enough we all stopped, and looked to where he was looking, which was between my Mom and my Grandfather. He had a puzzled/concerned look on his face. After a couple of seconds he said "It's ok. It's uncle Tom."! The thing is, nobody ever talked with him about Uncle Tom. He was too small to get into explaining any of that to him. Plus my brother and I didn't see Uncle Tom too often, which explains why he looked in between my Mother and My Grandfather. That was my Uncle's Dad and sister. It was the most unbelievable single event I've ever experienced. It's not something that any of us can just rationalize away, and it has changed how I feel about death and the possibility of an afterlife.
TheCgOrion my clip in this video is pretty much the same explanation. My great grandmother visited me when i was 2. And my grandmother (my daughters great grandmother) must’ve visited her jn this video.

Personally I've found that there are a good number of people that have been holding on to a story that they haven't told anyone, or they've learned to keep it to themselves, because of experiences you mentioned, when they tried to tell someone. Every once in a while, the person you're telling your story to will decide that they've finally found someone that's safe to open up to. It's time for us to grow up as a species, and do away with that teasing behavior. We're supposed to grow out of grade school behavior. If the ridicule would stop, we just might learn something new and mind blowing.

When my son was little, we stayed over at my parent's house.... They lived out in the country so it's very dark at night once you switch the lights off....we shared a bed and my son kept pointing to the corner of the room and telling me the lamp was moving. Eventually I slept with the light on.....and one eye open.....ok that's not true....I didn't sleep at all. 🥺😱
They do say that kids are way more likely to see spirits than adults, I think it's probably related to the fact that kids are among the most innocent forms of life are kids and spirits feel more or less comfortable for a lack of better terms manifesting to kids for that reason. I had read that somewhere a while back and forget where exactly or else I woulda posted a source here in my comment cuz I know it sounds pretty far out there in left field lol
