      In many parts of the world, growing up speaking at least 2 languages is normal & not the exception.

      I think they’re not an everyone dog. But sadly pits have a bad rep because of the fighting and the brutality people commit to make them fierce. They’re naturally a little rowdy but a well trained one is a babe (I say this cause some neighbors had a pit they were bad at training. It wasn’t vicious but when I tried to get it to give it back after it escaped it almost bit me and it was still a puppy not fully grown)

    • @KaiHydra

Of course itll never be a good thing, but its a natural thing. Ya know?. Im 26, my pitbull just passed a couple months ago and I still cry like a baby every few nights and get sad but happy when watching these vids just knowing she was part of my life like these dogs are to their owners. And thinking about all the happy times and memories makes it tolerable. Rip to all of our furry children who are now gone ❤

      What I think is amazing is when you take pit bulls out of abusive situations, they often become their natural self - the sweetest, gentlist dogs around. I've seen some videos of pittie rescues where they were massively abused only for them to become snuggle-bugs in their loving rescue homes.

His tail would wag and he would love on us. The day I brought my son home he was crying and I sat him on the couch. I told my Rott, that’s your baby brother and he laid his head on my son’s legs and whimpered. I couldn’t hold back my tears. Some dogs just know! ❤️

      @Ani Dank Man, if your clinical depression was literally cured by animal videos on youtube, I'm happy for you, truly.
      However, for 99.99% of the depressed people in the world, it probably only makes them feel a little better for a little while.
      Which I guess technically would make you the snowflake... But happily so, a life without depression is significantly better than one with it, and I applaud you for getting there.
      Then again you can't really take much credit for it if all you did was watch animal videos anyways.

    • @Chromodar
      @Chromodar 5 ปีที่แล้ว

      Ava Wing the American Pitbull Terrier was never a nanny dog. The staffordshire bull terrier was the dog referred to as a nanny dog...and that dog isn’t a pitbull. American pitbull terriers are naturally ANIMAL aggressive. They should never be human aggressive. Most “pitbulls” you see in attacks towards humans are usually bullies or American staffordshire terriers.(the dog in this video looks like an American staff not a pit) Those dogs are not pits

      People really need to come up with more specific names. I like calling dogs under the pit umbrella "bully dogs" because that implies the relation without mistakenly implying they're all the same thing. Most people wouldn't call the american bulldog a pit bull (if they know anything about dogs) but it is part of that group.
      And bully dogs are recognized as making some of the best service animals. They are very attentive, loyal, and strong as hell.

      Ava Wing actually that's incorrect. There are no historical references for the American Pit Bull Terrier stating they were nanny dogs. Their a direct result of parliament outlawing bull baiting in the 1800's. I show and train APBT. They've been around for over a hundred years with the first being registered for confirmation in 1896. There are no documents are historical matter to verify such a ridiculous claim. It is however a myth that was actually created for the Staffordshire Bull Terrier another breed mislabeled as APBT but there aren't any historical references or sources backing up that claim either. APBT are tolerant towards people because it was required of them during matches to tolerate close proximity of strangers. Their genetically DA though.

      Harsimran Singh Depends on the age of the child. There is such a thing as too young. Little kids don't understand the concept of being kind and gentle to animals. Just like in this video when the girl was a baby and toddler, she was poking her fingers in the dog's eye! Smacking him and raking her fingers down him. He tolerated it well, but that's not something you should allow your kid to do. If they're too young to understand how you are supposed to treat a pet, or you're not willing to teach them, then don't get a pet....or wait until they're a bit older. I have heard of so many horror stories about animals being hurt or killed by little kids. Like putting kittens in washing machines and dryers. Poking toothpicks in their eyes, nose and mouth. Puppies legs being broken, being smothered to death. Just on and on....
      It's not cute to have your 2 year old stabbing your dog in the eye with a pencil, riding it and bouncing on it like a horse or any of the other million things little kids do. It's cruel! Too many stupid parent's out here!

      I've never had a pitbull, but, without exception, every single interaction I've had with a pittie has been memorable and pleasant. My experience has been that the biggest danger has been them licking you to death or knocking you down with their tails/tail stumps.
      Hector was a 13-year old pittie who lived with her human mommy. We had two cats who had recently died of old age, and we had a couple of bags of dry cat food we didn't need. Hector's mom collected cat food and donated it to no-kill shelters. When we discussed this with Hector's mom, she said she would take the food. Hectors face lit up, and his mom said that Hector loved to drag the bags of cat food to the designated place in their apt for mom to take to the shelter. We put the food outside our door and watched Hector dutifully do his thing. How can you NOT fall in love with these dogs?

However, your point is that Pit Bulls are agressive and dangerous animals, and they kill 35 people each year etc etc. But you do have to consider that those things just happen. Death is very common, if we were to consider everything that could kill us as extremely dangerous and something that shouldn't be allowed, nobody would be driving cars or walking around in public, because what if something might happen. Yes I understand that even Pit Bulls that weren't mistreated at all, can still just kill somebody, but that doesn't mean every Pit Bull is that way, it's just something thats unavoidable really. Unfortunate accidents happen, some are in our control, some aren't. If Pit Bulls were actually that big of a problem they wouldn't be allowed to be bred anymore.

It would appear you dislike other breeds, or perhaps you think it's macho to control a known dangerous breed. But then I suppose if they were to kill someones else's child, that would be okay for you? Desk Top Jesus dude do you have to be so on edge? Can we not have a discussion about something without you getting furious because you think I’m wrong? I respect your opinion, try to do the same. I never said I prefer Pitties over other breeds, I am a dog enthousiast, no matter what race. You say Pit Bulls are a dangerous breed, with a history of fighting and killing, well guess what? All dogs are predators, every dog has a survival instinct, and could do something crazy and unexpected. Its in a dog’s nature, not just a Pit Bulls nature. If I were to own a Pit Bull and it attacked someone why would that be more my fault than if I owned a German Shepherd and it attacked one? Because it’s considered a more dangerous species? The world isn’t perfect, people get killed by dogs, no matter how well the dogs get treated. And killing all Pit Bulls is not a reasonable solution. What’s the next most dangerous type of dog after we have killed off all Pit Bulls? How many deaths are acceptable and how many aren’t? Not everything is in our control, the sooner you accept that the better. It’s why people dare to go on airplanes, everyone knows it might crash but what are the odds of it happening, and what can I possibly do to change it? Never take risks anymore? Death is just part of life. If my kid got mauled to death by a dog because it got treated poorly hell yeah I’d be mad at the owners, but if its a well raised dog, I would accept it, and know neither the dog nor the owners are to blame, its just purely random and unfortunate.

      N Jones most of those dogs were mutts. Majority of these people don't own real American pit bull terrier. So that percentage is like 0%. Do you see the dog in the video? That's not a real American pit bull terrier. The media will label that dog as a pit bull if it bite someone. Or they will label this dog as a pit bull type. Even if it's not mixed with pit bull at all. Which I doubt it.

    Dogs are a product of their own environment. It's the same with all pets actually, and any pet owner knows this and agrees. A loving household will raise a loving dog, and likewise, a hateful house will produce a hateful dog. Many blessings to you and your family.

    I work in a pet store and am around animals on a near constant basis. And there is no such thing as an aggressive dog breed. There are only aggressive dogs who have not been raised properly. People say Rotties are aggressive too but my God we have a Rotti that comes in regularly and he is the best boy I’ve ever seen

    • @jacksamunster4407

      Midnite St0rm people tend to forget that all dogs no matter the breed have their own distinct personalities, and quirks. It's up to handlers to understand those traits their particular dog has. Unfortunately people lack effort

    • @midnitest0rm
      @midnitest0rm 6 ปีที่แล้ว

      Kevin Howard you can breed a dog to be aggressive yes, but that’s because you forcibly breed them to be.
      However, no breed as a whole is aggressive.
      And by the way, Labradors are way less aggressive and more docile than Chihuahuas.
      Chihuahuas tend to bark a lot and be really bratty because half the people who own them are rich raise them to be incredibly spoiled.
