I've never been that interested in Patrick Ta aside from the mascara and rosey toned eyeshadow palette. Those ofra midi palettes look absolutely stunning! I might have to get some.

That Ulta Beauty eyeshadow palette has been my favorite for at least 6 months. I probably have 50 palettes and that’s almost the only one I use anymore. I’ve never seen anyone else mentioned it so it’s great to see you give it some love 😊

I have that same Ulta eyeshadow pallet and I dropped it and it was a disaster. I love it so much I did buy another one and handle it with plenty of care 🥰 as for lipliner, I used to work for Lancôme in 2002-2010 and I loved their lipliners because they did have a brush at the end. You’ve recommended a cheaper alternative. Thank you!

Have you tried the Natio brand? it's an Australian brand and they have a gorgeous cream blush set, called "Desert Sunset", 2 blushes and a beautiful cream highlighter, no glitter.. It's the perfect summer blush. Cream to powder formula. I'm onto my second one now.

Honestly, L'Oréal even did "bronzing drops" long b4 drunk elephant, right? With their lumi glowtion!! 🙌
Yes and the Revlon Skin lights has been around for at least 25 years too, they have the sunlit luster , bronze and had a rose toned one too, I love them and the l'oréal one. Plus the Clinique bronze gel has been out for years too. Which is great if you have a warm toned complexion.
And at such a great price point compared to high end.
I just saw that they came out with a new shade in Loreal Lash Paradise called Latte Brown. It looks like a beautiful true brown shade as well. I love the lash paradise formula and I’ve also been really into brown mascara lately because it looks more natural and makes my blue eyes pop. I love the color of the True Brown from Maybelline Sky High, but not the biggest fan of that formula. The new shade from Lash Paradise looks very similar so I ordered that one on Amazon to try out! 😊
I love that mascara. I feel like it does more for my face. I used brown mascara in the 90's...feel younger:)
The YSL brown mascara is 10/10 the perfect color brown plus a great formula. It does somehow brighten and accent your blue eyes. Although I'm a brunette, I love wearing brown on the lower lashes or when I want a no-makeup look for the gym or beach.
Do you like these bronzing drops better than the Mario? The pump would be great for travel 🚢

I recently used my Westman Atlier highlighter in Peau de Peche which is a soft bronze and compared it to Saie Quartzglow and I feel like they are a dupe! Thanks again for your great videos! I will be checking out some of your recommendations and didn’t know about the Ofra palette

I have so many eyeshadow palettes for a non beauty influencer. It's nuts! I need to declutter some really old ones but I do not want to 😂. Maybe i should try using some of my older ones every day and if they no longer preform well, get rid of them.

I’ve tried to find a good brown mascara with a smaller brush. I have lashes but my left eyelashes are more lush and upturned than the right. So I have to curl the right lashes and use a small spoolie to make them match.

If you're getting into brown mascaras, you should check out LisaJ's videos regarding them. She is very PRO brown mascara cause it softens your look around your eyes and of done right, really can soften your overall makeup look. So yeah, I have been using brown mascara for years and I love it cause it just gives the perfect soft look that I like most of the time for daytime look.
P.S. Also regarding a smudger for the lip liners - every Buxom lip liner ( which is great btw ) has a smudger on the end of each liner you get. I bought a bunch of them when they were on sale one time and I was so shocked that it came with it and it works great! I actually use the smudger with other lip liners cause it works so well. It more like a dense brush really than a smudger which I like better.

After trying so many products promoted by influencers that didn't deliver, I really appreciate THESE types of videos, because that's often where I find my HGs. I don't know why nobody is talking about Urban Decay Vice Lip Bond. I haven't had any luck with this brand in the past and was highly skeptical when a friend recommended it as a stay-all-day lip color. I drink water all day and have never had a lip product last more than four hours. Ever. UNTIL NOW. There is a bit of transfer here and there, but somehow the color is still on my lips when I wash my face at night. The trick is to not press your lips together after applying, and to not add any other product below it or in top of it. Have you tried this? Would love to know your experience with it!

I'm a fair skinned redhead but i still prefer black black mascara. I have light blueish grey eyes, and I feel like they pop more with black. Maybe if I used warm brown it would make them pop even more? Do they make brown falsies?

I'll throw in Labello Lip oil. I never was a fan of lip oils as I've come across a couple that creeped around my face like nobody's business. The Labello one costs a few euros, it moisturizes, doesn't budge, lasts long and the color of Dress Nude is the perfect pinky nude with a tiny bit of brown/orange undertone. I also like the Candy Pink which is a very light pink. I use Dress Nude with light brown lipliner and the pink one with either MAC Dervish or no lipliner at all. Serious bang for your buck right there!

I use the Makeup by Mario eye pencil in soft brown. I love that it doesn't look black. BUT the pencil falls back in to the pencil and I have to tap it to get it to come back out. I wonder if that hapoened to the brush?

My son had got quite a strange job. He’s a trainee Mortician - he’s brings me home some incredible make up used on dead bodies - it does not run or peel and stays looking fresh on the most disgusting faces.

What do you do with the products that you get PR that you don’t use ?
I mostly give it to friends and family. Once in a while I take a box of unused products to a local women’s shelter.

Risa I have a question as a person that easily tans, now in my 50s and I am trying on more make up since I did not before but I find I get protection and coverage for dark spots with now the tinted moisturizer or spf. I am wondering what’s the hype of bronzers, contours and then blush on top of it all. I want a nice look but I find too many products are being used. This includes foundation which I have learned to hate since I cannot find the correct match no matter where I go for assistance. I want to look as natural as possible. Can you help me? Probably not jajaja

Those Ofra midi palettes look pretty, but I think a lot of people stopped supporting the brand after the controversy surrounding the owners. Although they have ‘stepped down,’ their daughter still runs the company and I can’t imagine that they have no involvement. I wouldn’t call it a boycott per se (although some people might), but I know that I would personally prefer to spend my hard earned dollars supporting brands and creators that align with my personal beliefs.
Oh boy...I just looked this up. Very disappointing. Now that I've read up on it, I do recall some rumblings about this years ago, but with all of the insanity going on in the world today I forgot. I just put those palettes in another video too...

nice video! is it just me or are there any of you who noticed it too that there is something weird with the sounds. every time you speak I hear a vibration at the end of every word. I have a pretty sensitive hearing so I hear a lot of things. it couldn't be my headphone because I watch other TH-cam videos and I dont get that vibration sounds but yours. even if I turn it way down low I could still pick up that vibration sound. but when I turn on a different video I dont hear it. its pretty strange.
