Khun Chang Khian Village Doi Suthep Chiang Mai Thailand

Most tourists in Chiang Mai Thailand visit the Wat Phra That Temple on Doi Suthep. But few venture past this iconic temple to the small Thai village at the end of the dicey road called Khun Chang Khian. This is a coffee growing area in Thailand but the but village is rich in Northern Thai culture. The highlight of the visit is hanging out with Thai kids operating a traditional hand operated corn meal stone grinding machine.
