My CSC application status at UCAS has changed to ' Application Results sent to Dispatching authority'
What does status mean?
Some people are saying admission is confirmed.
If so, they will not consider my application for Anso then?

Being on CSC at UCAS. I also think that they have considered you for the CSC and proceeded your application at CSC’s portal.

‘Application Results sent to Dispatching authority’ means that CSC has finalized the results and sent the results or documents to the university.

As your status has already been changed on CSC’s portal means that ISO have selected you for CSC already. So, I don’t think so that your application will be considered anymore for ANSO.

Is bank statement necessary for Visa?

Yes, bank statement is necessary even if a student is on fully funded scholarship. But, for the students on scholarship don’t need to show enough funds. They can submit a bank statement with at least 1000 PKR.
