I would say it had to be frustrating to be a Tampa fan in those days to have a defense that good and an offense that struggled to score more than 14 points - but then I remember they won a Super Bowl so it couldn't possibly have been too frustrating.
If the Bucs would have had an average offense they would have 2-3 Super Bowls!
From a Bucs perspective, going from playing against the Miami defense here to the Rams defense the following week (that iconic MNF game) was like night and day.

Man, the team was so good back then. King was 14-7 as a starter in 99 and 00 and he sucked. Back then, all we needed was a Alex Smith type guy. At least we got him few years later and the well deserved ring.
You can say the same thing about Jay Fielder. He didn't have the flashy numbers, but made plays when he needed to.

So many awesome things in this game. The Bucs converting a 2nd and 33. Gramatica trash talking everyone after hitting the game winner. The Dolphins calling plays in a pouring rain like Dan Marino in his prime was still out there. And Wannstedt’s all time headset toss at 2:09:20.

Not the biggest dolphins fan but if you're in the same division of the Patriots I automatically like you more than them but I'm a big Jay Fiedler fan I thought the guy was pretty good not Superstar but not as bad as everyone thinks he is closest thing to a jade Fiedler is Alex Smith and honestly is a lot better than a lot of people think all I'm saying is in a playoff game against the Saints the popular Drew Brees he out Drew Brees Drew Brees and at his drive to win against one of the best quarterbacks in the NFL a game manager doesn't do that and then you guys will say that you guys but people will say they won because of their defense don't give me that crap you still have to make the throws
