I myself cannot match this guy, even though I try to put a lot of feel of the old games into it, and try and keep it true to what the games are, rather than these techno remixes. But I still can't make original music. I also understand how difficult it is, so hats off to this guy!
You should be able to feed them too... I mean besides berries and potions for HP. It really makes no sense that they can get stronger if all you do is battle them and take them to the Pokecenters to heal them without food. It would be an interesting element.

I notice a lot of people talking about whether EV training and IV breeding are evil or not (er something like that). But let me tell you my point of view as an EV trainer. The way it is for me is based on achievement sorta. If I raise a pokemon to level 100 and don't EV train it or IV breed it, I feel a sense of achievement. I worked towards a goal and got it. However, if I raise an EV trained pokemon to level 100 (especially if I IV breeded too), then I feel a whole lot more of a sense of achievement, because I helped that pokemon get so strong. Basically, I want the best for my pokemon so I train them my best.
I've seen battles like this: Arceus and Deoxys vs Mewtwo and Rayquaza. All LV100 Arceus uses Meteor Mash. Mewtwo goes down to half health. Mewtwo uses Me first. Arceus takes a hit. Rayquaza uses whatever. Deoxys uses Ice Beam. Super Effective, 1HKO. Then Arceus uses Tackle or whateve and its a 1HKO because of stats. It sickens me when high levels remove strategy.

I remember in the original silver I'd always effing lose because of rollout. :( I remember I went out and found a machop or something and leveled it high enough just so I could kill it, win and then never use him again cause fighting isn't my favorite .. haha
To me, this song has some hidden message in it. The whole composition just sounds overgodly... The intro has that cool buildup... the whole thing is just overall, hands down, the BEST remix of any song that you have made. 5/5 man. I applaud you on a job well done.

Yeah i think i remember that game actually. I thought you could only click on an arrow and then wait ages for a new page to load. I think making a Pokemon Online game wouldn't be that hard to play on the computer even if people dont play computer games that much. Just hit arrow keys to move, mouse to click and do usual pokemon stuff. Mehh they probably wont release one or not any time soon...

I consider it fun. o-o It's really just preparing. It's like bitching at Pokemon games because you have to pay money to buy them. You have to work in order to get money. You have to get good EVs to have strong Pokemon. You have to train to get good EVs.
I think it'd be nice if they had the game in the perspective of an adult at least once. Maybe a disgruntled team rocket/aqua/magma/galactic/etc... member who doesn't like what the company is doing.
You're right about the IVs, I guess, but I still have a problem with using cheating devices to save time/gain advantages (professional baseball had a really big problem with that about 8 years ago). And then when you get to choose your nature and ability and things like that, what's there to stop people from creating things with illegal movesets or abilities? I's very annoying to fight Spiritombs with Wonder Guard or unreleased Pokemon like Genesect.
I know, this is where people start to take the games too seriously. But I don't think there are that many people who really do that. I think anyone who has trained a PC of Pokemon to Level 100 will know way more about battling than someone who's clicked a few buttons. And if they try to do something serious like give a Sableye Wonder Guard for an ability, they'll get banned from WiFi.

I even ignore evolving my Pokemon at some stages. In Platinum I still have my Gligar, Lv. 76.

Without legendaries yes, pokemon would be less popular but remember 1st gen. games, legendaries wasn't a crucial part of the game.

In digital music, 0 db represents how high the volume gets before it starts to sound distorted (I think). This song was 6 db over that limit
