Thank you for replying to my comment, I hav further examined the Flute Music 1: Baroque volume, and I’ve noticed that 3 of them, the Purcell, Pepusch and the lovely Schickhard sonata are in fact recorder sonatas! And the rest of them can be played on the soprano recorder. Very lovely, will be purchasing.

Hello, do you think you will ever publish more music for the recorder? I understand why it may not be done, but alike the Baroque flute music volume
You have already published, you could create a collection of recorder sonatas by English, German, french, Italian masters etc. just a thought, there is definitely more important works

Thanks for your message, dear Kristian! Yes, there is an endless and amazing repertoire for recorder waiting to be published. There are different reasons why we didn't edit more of it by now. But we will forward your wish to our editorial department. Very best wishes!

Hello Henle Verlag! Your Urtext publications are very good and easy to interpret. I ordered Mozart Piano Sonatas Volume 2 and was incredibly impressed by your publishing house. Do you think about publishing piano works by Bulgarian composers in the future? If I had to name one famous composer and public figure, it would be Dimitar Nenov. The archives of the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences hold many manuscripts and doctorates about Nenov. Unfortunately, there is no publishing house in Bulgaria that would publish the works as the composer himself wished.

Hello and thank you for your kind message. We are always glad to hear and read that our editions are appreciated by musicians all over the world. For "new" music in our catalogue, we thank you for your suggestion, and we will forward it to our programme department for discussion. Very best wishes from the Henle Marketing Team

Dear @deyan816, we just got a feedback from our editorial department, that's what our editor-in-chief is answering to your request:
"Thank you for your enquiry concerning the piano works by the Bulgarian composer Dimitar Nenov and for your kind words on our editions. We appreciate your confidence in our publishing house.
There is no doubt that a huge amount of works by less famous composers definitely deserves to be published and played. Unfortunately I must inform you that we cannot come back to your proposal. It is our mission to publish Urtext editions of the core repertory of the classical and romantic period. Most significant works are still missing, other editions have to be revised because new sources surfaced. Since our capacities are limited, we need to concentrate on these and other projects in the following years. We do hope you can understand our reasons.
Nevertheless, please accept all our best wishes for your mission to highlight Dimitar Nenov’s work!
      Yours sincerely
      Norbert Müllemann"

@@henleverlag Thanks for your reply! I can very well understand that your publishing house is extremely busy and you have always published quality Urtext editions.
Since I am doing personal research and trying to get hold of manuscripts by Dimitar Nenov, I have decided to personally notate the works that are either not published or remain underappreciated and forgotten.
I will also try to obtain quality and reliable sources to arrive at a high-level Urtext edition. Naturally, my experience in "how to publish a work" is still sketchy and I'm learning, but I hope that sharing these works on the Internet could generate more interest in this forgotten (unfortunately) composer.
      Sincerely,
      Deyan

    All Urtext editions are interpretations.

Agreed. At least if there is more than one single, clear and authentic source from the composer himself :)
