wrong. you take money from them that is equal to the amount of income they have when you play the card. they LOSE money if you play it right. plus it lets ya know how much eco they have.
this card actually forces people to use banana farms, cause if your an eco player, this ruins you but banana farms, you wont get affected by this card, so i think that this is a card to stop too much eco cause it forces people
That would be insanely OP. Impossibly overpowered actually. If you somehow managed to go late game, they could just keep using that card over and over and then get rid of your defense so the BFBs and ZOMGs will walk right through. That's stupidly over powered.

if one of my oppents used TAX yesterdasy he could have had a great advantage. i had a moderate late game set up with 2-0 farms and ground zeros. my income was 11k+ every 6 seconds. he had much less

That Tax card would actually allow Card Battles Tournaments to be playable now. It would stop ISAB just playing a purely defensive strategy.

You get your income plus there's so most of the time you get more than what you spend.

if someone has a lot of moolah then if they know you played that card they could send bfbs or zomgs or moabs because that downgrades your eco
