Where ever be the place of study, Weather the certificate is genuine or not. Because it is a distance education. However there is a local/non local reservation.

As per Ugc jurisdiction 2013 in that didn't mentioned about the the state bifurcation state, all ready I given RTI application to Ugc and ANCDE and Telangana state education, according to state bifurcation act 2024 they can run study centre in telanaga. I have on paper evidence, if you have show me. One month lo neku telanaga higer education evvadu bro certificate valuda kadha. I have Ugc RTI reply also

1. దూర విద్య (Distance education) సంబంధించి ఆంద్రప్రదేశ్ కి చెందిన స్టేట్ యూనివర్సిటీ లో (ex :-CDEANU.)2014 జూన్ 2 కన్న ముందు అడ్మిషన్ తీసుకుంటే అది valid.
2. ఒకవేళ ఉమ్మడి ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ కాకుండా వేరే స్టేట్ యూనివర్సిటీ అయితే 23 aug 2013 కన్న ముందు అడ్మిషన్ తీసుకుంటే అది valid.
3.ఇక (సార్వత్రిక విద్య)open university (braou, ignou) లో ఏ రాష్ట్ర వారు అయిన ఎప్పుడు ఐన చదువచ్చు.

Don't give wrong information. As per the UGC norms University can have study centers only within the state. They cannot run study centers in other states
