- The head of Russia's nuclear testing site said on Tuesday his secretive facility was ready to resume nuclear tests "at any moment" if Moscow gave the order, in rare comments likely to fuel concerns that the risk of such a step is rising.

😂you must be reminded that its the largest and most advanced nuclear power as of now in terms of no.of nukes on possession, yield capacity of those nukes and the nuclear payload delivery systems . The US only comes second and rest of the nuclear powers are insignificant

He said at an ARTIC test site..... But what i heard was a CENTRAL LONDON test site ☢
