Wow what an episode. The end of craven is so powerful and so well done. Cravens death at RItas feet is poetic brilliance but the killer twist pun intended was poor lori being pushed to far, amazing and harrowing stuff but it's not over yet :)

The Freak definitely bit more than she can chew with Craven. And Fergo is just not the sort who should ever be running a Prison - she mucks it up every time. A variation of "Nadia's Theme" aka the Theme from "The Young & The Restless" when Reyno starts talking to Merle. Craven finally got what he deserved - although he should have suffered a lot more. Have to say the actresses playing Lorelei and Rita really came into their own with these Blackmoor/Craven episodes. That final scene between Craven and Lorelei... bloody brilliant. Literally.
Loreli got away with murder. After she recovered after the TV special when she was handed back her daughter, she just walked away and wasn't seen again

In one breathe you have Marty Jackson being told that a charge of insubordination will be laid against him for talking down to a governor, and in the next breathe, Meg Morris does the same to Joan and no one bats an eyelid. Makes total sense
Why are they dragging their asses to get Lorelei help? Even Helen Keller can see that she needs help. And as for Lorelei killings Craven, Joan is the one who has blood on her hands, not Lorelei. None of this would have happened if she hadn't thrown Lorelei to the wolves in the first place.

Watching it again for about the 6th time I think that Rodney is somewhere on the spectrum. He can’t seem to empathise with anyone and is a little ocd. What a brilliant character brilliantly portrayed too, sometimes Prisoner got it very wrong when casting the male roles.
Considering Merle is putting it away in regards to the food that the child keeps bringing her I wonder where she is going to the toilet. Maybe there is a potable toilet in the garden, lol. w0w, my first outing from start to finish with Block H and I feel myself getting very emotional. Why? Because I have been seriously sick since July 2014 (with zero medical intervention) and it is Block H that has helped me through part of the almost decade of sheer torture as I started watching o the 5th of November 2022, and now that it is the 2nd of January 2024 I can now say Block H has been there for me for the last 14 months. To the individual who uploaded every single episode... THANK YOU! :) And yaaaay to Lori for sticking it to Alf Stewart, sorry, I mean Craven, haha.

Wow! That pool sure was clear and pretty in those scenes. It looked ugly and murky when those two neighbors were cleaning it before they called the cops. I used to love watching The Adventures Of Superman on TV. The music will be in my head for the rest of my.life. They used to show it on a network here called MeTV. It's a network that shows Gilligan's Island, The Brady Bunch, The Carol Burnett Show, My Three Sons. I watch it almost all day unless I'm watching Prisoner.
Serious props to Ray Meagher for stellar acting with this character. I've watched many great shows like The Sopranos,Boardwalk Empire and Breaking Bad that have featured some exceptionally evil characters (real life historical figures in the case of BE),yet imo none of them match Craven for pure malevolence. He was like Hitler,Vlad the Impaler and Ivan the Terrible all rolled into one. I can honestly imagine that on a day to day basis, they would have been very similar to Craven.
Are you sure we're talking about the same person? He was one of the most evil ppl in history. Under the bus was the best place for him. Impaling ppl on stakes was the thin end of the wedge compared to some of the other things he did.

The Craven/Lorelei confrontation is up there with the best scenes of Bea Smith and the Freak.

When Ray came onto the set, he gave craven power, honesty, and a vulnerability that only comes from Mr Meagher.
The thing is that every character he played in Prisoner was a real bastard and he then turned into good old Alf.

Phil Hyde, there is an absolute legend. Phil was simply superb as Rodney Addams.
