    DESCRIPTION
    This is a quick lower belly workout with NO breaks to burn out your core and give you maximum results in minimum time. Using traditional Pilates style mat exercises with long lever movements you will work those abs until you feel the shake! If you don't feel totally burned out by the end of the first round then go for round number 2! This is a tough workout, but it will give you results with consistent use!

    Good morning Linda! My arms are so done from doing your arm workout with resistance bands yesterday. This morning I did this one.. oh my core... on 🔥 throughout! I had to put down my legs a few times in the second 1/2! Just brutal and killer workout! Thank you so so much again Linda! Have a great day!

      Yes, this is definitely a challenge on those hip flexors too. Keep going and you will notice your strength improving every time you do it! 😀

    Great workout! It felt good and reminded me of floor exercises we did in a conditioning class for ballet. That class gave me the best core and improved my balance. Thanks for the video! I hope I can walk tomorrow. Lol! I will definitely look for more of your workouts. :)

      Yes, my lower abs workouts tend to be tough cause it is a strong point for me so I can just keep going and going. These long lever moves are a great way to flatten the abs! 😊

    Thank You. I was looking for a thigh exercise for the very top of my thighs. I found it!!! The circles feel like hot sauce. The variation of ab exercises really helps for health and interest.

    Love this. Can you help explain why my hip flexor so and quads feel more tired than my abs after this one?

      You are using them too, they just need to strengthen so that you don't feel them so much. You can bend your knees slightly to feel it more in your abs and always make sure your lower back is down too. 😄

    Thought it to do on a rest day... But it went more sore the next day...
    Seriously ur workouts target every muscle...

      Yes, they are harder than they look! This workout is definitely good for a flat stomach. Any of my workouts that say lower belly in the title are good ones to go for. Check out my playlists for abs workouts and you will find a lot there 😊

    Totally pathetic!!! I could only manage but a few reps of the initial quarter....these moves are pretty unconventional but designed to hit those trouble zones... I felt better when i could redeem myself with the last couple moves

      I actually love it when I come across a workout that I can't do all the way through without taking breaks. It's a challenge and I keep trying until I finally get strong enough to master it! Good job for hanging in there! :)
