Thank you for such a clear explanation on how to open and check the machine! In case someone else tumbles onto this I'll add my experience. It seems that my mother-in-law her machine had a similar problem. However, instead of running very slowly it suddenly stopped running entirely. First I assumed it was because the brewing unit got stuck (see this video: How to Remove a Stuck Brew Unit), but after "fixing" this things still did not budge. Opened up the machine as per your instructions and when I switch on the machine I measure 18V between the blue and red wire but the motor does not make a sound at all. I lifted the worm-wheel out of it's position assuming the gears might be stuck, but even then it did not move at all ?! When I measure the voltage at the motor directly it shows 0V ! Turns out the wire had 'broken of'' at the clamp, probably due to 11 years of operation. Anyway, much easier to fix than the transistor =) For now I'll leave it to the 18V instead of trying my luck with replacing the transistor. If it starts running too slow in the next years I'll replace the transistor anyway and maybe score even more points at the in-laws =)
Thank you for posting that video. I experienced the same issue with the brew group turning slowly. I bought a TIP33C ($1.20 CAD) and, by following your instructions, was able to replace the faulty transistor and my Vienna Deluxe is now working again! One difference between the machine in your video and my machine is that the Pozidriv #1 screw on your machine was a Torx #10 on my machine.
Thank you. I had a slow motor in the Gaggia Titanium and ordered the power transistor TIP33C hoping this was a common issue. Inside the circuit board was different, but I found a similar setup with a large heat sink and was able to replace and successfully repair my machine because of your excellent video. With 14474 shots on the machine, the end may be near for some other part, but for now all is good.

My machine had exactly the same problem. Without the schematics I could hardly find the problem by my self. It turns out that it was indeed the power transistor TIP 33C. I replaced it and the machine is back to service again. Price of the repair: 2,50 € :) Thanks!
Thank you. I was able to repair my wonderful Saeco Spidem Villa with the instructions you provided. The coffee grounds receptacle switch arm was broken. I zip tied the switch and removed the arm entirely. Works great now.

Sie dreht sich zwar nicht so langsam wie in dem Video, aber langsam genug, dass das Wasser bereits anfängt zu fließen, wenn die Brühgruppe noch gar nicht so weit ist, dass sie das Wasser aufnehmen könnte. Den "Adapter" bewegt diese erst noch gemächlich in die Position. Danke für das Video. Meine Eltern haben zwar ein anderes Modell, doch die Ursache sollte in dem Fall die selbe sein.
Awesome video! I used it to fix my machine today, though for a much more simple failure. The lever to which the micro switch for the trash receptacle is mounted broke off. It was a bit sticky from the factory and ended up breaking. I used your instructions for dis-assembly and just removed the switch entirely. Now it always thinks the receptacle is in place but at least it makes coffee again :). Thank you for saving me a bunch of time.
Well documented procedure to fault find and fix the issue. The procedure also applies to when the motor just cannot cycle the brewer due to a lack of power. Thankyou!
Thank you! This was so helpful for how to open the cover, even though I didn't need the later steps -- including even that I needed a Torx 10 screwdriver for that one screw. Why they made that one a Torx while all the others were Phillips-head is beyond me, but I wouldn't have known what tool to use.

Sehr gut dass ich mal dein Video zufällig entdeckt habe meine Kaffeemaschine hatte jetzt das selbe Problem mit dem langsam laufenden Motor ich habe jetzt auch einen neuen Leistungstransistor eingelötet und Siehe da die Maschine leuft wider einwandfrei Super .

Excellent ,well thought out,logical -the best diy video and even english subtitles ,thank you . I suspect that it was heat that killed the transistor- a lot of circuit designs heat transistors too much-if it is hot to touch then reliability is not good .I have found artic silver the best or even copper foil-if electrical isolation is not required.

I have an old Saeco Vienna (bought in 2002 or so, looks nearly the same as the unit in the video) which is having some problems moving the brew group, still works but it does not have the power it used to. I can now recall it was noticeably more swift years ago. TIP33C? I may order one in advance LoL!

Ich habe dann bei ebay ein Reparaturset bestellt( (Ronald Schulz - espresso-vollautomaten-spezi, ... Superschnelle Lieferung - Danke), heute die Bauteile ausgetauscht, und schon läuft Sie wieder!Echt Super mit einem Einsatz von nicht einmal 10 Euro und ein paar Stunden Arbeitszeit, wobei die meiste Zeit für Reinigen und "Fehleranalyse" draufgegangen ist, hab ich jetzt wieder eine tolle Maschine. Super, dass du uns an deinem Wissen teilhaben hast lassen. !!!

This is a great video. My problem is that no water is coming out of the frothing line. No water. I opened up the machine, and water lines were not clogged. What else should I check?
Is the brewing group itself in order? Run the machine without brewing group, as shown in the video. If the motor is running then normal, the error is not in the electronics
Und mittlerweile auch mit Untertiteln in 2 Sprachen, echt top! Ich hab momentan leider sehr wenig Zeit, deshalb war mein Video auch mit der heißen Nadel gestrickt. Ich baue zur Zeit und ziehe erst zum Sommer/Herbst dieses Jahres ein und habe danach erst wieder Zeit und wollte dann ein neues, optimiertes und besseres Video machen, ebenfalls mit Untertiteln und mich dann auch mehr als nur der Senseo widmen!
Mein Boiler war Überhitz, die Krixon Sicherungen war raus gesprungen. Nach dem ich diese wieder rein gedrükt habe, startete die Maschine wieder kurz dann wieder tot. Soll ich nun den Boiler wechseln oder gibt es andere Teile auch zu wechseln. Was muss ich bei der Arbeit beachten? Danke im Vorraus. Ach ja. Happy new Year 2022.
Which voltage you measure at the motor during the startup with the bypassed brewing group? When you measure practically nothing, the fault is not at the TIP 33C more it is the input to it. Either one of the Triacs or the IC.
Thanks for the quick reply. I think my issue is a not the brew group. When I turn on the power button nothing moves as it used at start up. The display first reads self check then brew unit blocked. At that point none of the keys on key pad function. I did as you mentioned removed brew group, bypassed it and still nothing. Same result. No movement, self check them brew unit blocked. I also attached 33volts to the motor directly which did get the motor and gear to move. Con't...
Before replacing something you should have a hint, what is broken. What voltage you measure at the motor of the brewing unit during the startup. About the second board I know no details, my model has everything on a single board. But there are plenty of different versions of the boards.

Explain to me why in my magic saeco as soon as I disassemble the boiler just to look without touching any gaskets or anything else also because everything is new. As soon as I reassemble, then water immediately comes out from all the parts below from the shower seals from everything and from the cappuccino dispenser instead nothing comes out, why does all this happen? And while everything works perfect before disassembling the boiler. Even if nothing has been touched?

Hola Jürgen, meine Divina Spidem hat die arbeit wieder aufgenommen! Habe simpel den Leistungstransistor getauscht, war eine Sache von ca. 15 Minuten. Konnte hier in Bukarest keinen TIP33C bekommen, habe dann einen BD249C genommen. Wird auch als Vergleichstyp für den IPC35C aufgeführt. Sie läuft jetzt wieder als ob nichts gewesen wäre. Cool!!! Hallo, für die Saeco ja, weiß ich. Ich schrieb ja oben von einem Flachbild-Fernseher. Dem Namen nach kam das Gerät von Philips, innen fand ich aber nur Samsung. Die LEDs fürs Backlight waren in ganz Europa nicht zu bekommen. Der deutsche Genreralimporteur hat mich ausgelacht. In China konnte ich 100 Stück für 8 Euro kaufen, musste aber 3-4 Wochen warten. My Saeco Royal Executive (SUP 015) isn't giving the full shot. Seems to be leaking into the drip tray. It had been leaking into the grounds container but I replace the entire Central unit. Where can I find how to repair this?
Hello, great instructional video. I own a Saeco Magic Comfort plus machine and I'm experiencing issues where the machine indicated brew unit is stuck. I made sure the gear was aligned and went as far as following your instructions and replaced the power transistor TIP33C and the Zenerdiode for my machine. I still get the same notification. Do you know of any other checks I can do. I'm trying to avoid replacing the whole board if possible. Any advice? Thank you in advance.
My Spidem seems to have similar simptoms, I will follow your troubleshooting video, congratulations on the details and complexity of the job.. Q: What type of multimeter leads (clips} are you using to test the transistor? Also, any suggestions for a good but not pricey multimeter?
I tested at the transistor only the diode transitions. This basic test will work with every digital multimeter starting around 10$. You may use the standard probes delivered, such clips which I used, will make the job easier, but they aren't cheap. I am sorry, that I cannot give you an advice which multimeter to buy, it depends what offers you just have in your country. If you have already a multimeter in view, I may comment it.

Ich habe eine Saeco Cafe Prima mit Dampfboiler.Ich kann heiß Wasser beziehen, nur wenn ich auf Dampf umstelle,läuft das Rest Wasser ab und es kommt ein bischen Dampf, die Pumpe taktet dann nicht und die Maschine schaltet auf rot.Nach dem ich sie wieder neu eingeschaltet habe und will heiß Wasser beziehen kommt dann mit erhötem Druck erst ein mal Dampf raus geschossen und dann wieder heiß Wasser Können Sie mir sagen, woran es liegen könnte.
Ich hatte vor Monaten exakt den gleichen Fehler an meine absolut baugleichen Spidem Villa. Da ich gleich auf die Elektronik gegangen bin, mußte ich weniger zerlegen. Den Kühlkörper habe ich nicht ausgebaut. Defekt war der Transistor, da ich keine Möglichkeit habe, die Z-Diode zu tauschen, habe ich die gleich mitgewechselt. Nun brennen Halbleiter selten ohne Grund durch. Bei meiner Maschine war die Brühgruppe extrem schwergängig. Die habe ich komplett zerlegt, gereinigt, mir einen Wartungssatz inklusive lebensmittelgeeignetem Fett bestellt und die Brühgruppe überholt. Eine Ermittlung der Ursache fehlt in dem Beitrag. Das Wechseln der Halbleiter kann ein kurzfrister Erfolg sein. Man sollte die Maschine auch gleich warten, also entkalken, Brühlgruppe überholen, Mahlwerk und auch den Rest der Maschine gründlich reinigen.
I have a Saeco Royal SUP015 which was totally blocked. I stripped it down and managed to get flow through all components, but now it is reassembled , all I get is a momentary flash at the digital display as though some safety device trips out. When I reassembled the machine, I neglected to connect the water tube for the tank and dumped perhaps 100ml water into the bottom, but this was nowhere near the circuit board. I dried it out and left it in the sun for a day, but this did not help. I numbered all the circuit board connections carefully and am sure all wires were correctly replaced. Can you tell me where I should look for a fault. Thankyou.

J'ai changé le fusible qui était défectueux, elle a remarché 5min après elle s'est éteinte et plus rien après. J'ai testé l'arrivée du courant, c'est ok, ensuite j'ai mesuré la résistance elle m'affiche 182 Ohm.

Der Flowmeter ist Nagel neu. In dem Testmodus geht alles aber die rote Diode ist solide an und blinkt nicht beim flowmeter test

Sehr gutes Video , ich habe das gleiche Problem wie die Kathrin, die Maschine ist zu langsam , mahlt die Kaffeebohnen aber das wars dann auch, das Pulver fällt in die Brühgruppe und dann in den Trester Behälter und es gibt keinen Kaffee. So, da das Problem bei meiner Maschine ja das gleiche ist wie bei dieser Maschine ...denke ich mal, ich gehe sofort zu der Elektronik tausche die kleinen Bauteile aus und werde sehen was dann passieren wird. Mit dem Messen von Dioden und Transistoren bin ich kein Profi. Super wäre auch wenn ich die komplette Elekronik Bedienung gut erhalten bei Ebay finden würde. Das würde die Arbeit erheblich erleichtern. Herzlichen Dank für das Video ich hoffe ich komme damit weiter . LG Thorsten

Meine Kaffeemaschine nicht gegen den Uhrzeigersinn drehen, auch. Ich überprüfte die Spannung aus dem Vorstand mit dem Motor, in Uhrzeigersinn-Modus war es 33V. Bei gegen den Uhrzeigersinn-Modus war es 0,8V. Wahrscheinlich brauche ich, um den Transistor zu ändern, aber nicht über die Werkzeuge, um die Teile zu testen. Kann ich den Transistor, die Sie in Ihrem Video überprüft ersetzen nur?

Super Video! Ich bekomme auf dem Motor-Ausgang von meiner Incanto überhaupt keine Spannung mehr (sowohl BG-Motor als auch Mahlwerk), kann das Problem trotzdem an dem TIP33C / Z-Diode liegen?
Hallo, kann auch andere Ursachen haben. da fehlt eine Spannung von der Elektronik her. Prüfe mal, ob der TIP33C angesteuert wird, in dem Du die Spannung an der Basis misst, während der Motor laufen sollte. Viele Grüße, Jürgen
Hab die Ursache schlussendlich gefunden. Einer der Optokoppler zur Ansteuerung des Triac ist abgeraucht, sodass Brühgruppenmotor+Mahlwerk überhaupt nicht angesteuert wurden, aber auch TIP33C war defekt! Vielen Dank für deine Hilfe!
Halllo eigentlich hatte ich gar kein Problem mit meiner SAECO, hab mir das Video aber trotzdem angeschaut du bist fachlich echt spitze! Welchen Job hast du gelernt? So ein Video wie du es machst sollte ein Beispiel für TH-cam sein. 1. Roter Faden erkennbar 2. kein Geschichtenerzähler 3. Fachlich kompetent 4. gute Kameraauflösung = keine Frustration beim nachmachen Mach weiter so!
+irina25661 Hallo Jürgen, Respekt, ich bin seit ueber 2 Jahrzehnten Elektrotechniker und koennte es nicht besser machen. Schäbische Qualität. Ich sehe auch das ist old school, den Leistungstransistor auswechseln und nicht die ganze Baugruppe. Viele der neuen Generation haben spaetestens hier ein Problem. Und wenn ein Laie das sieht, kauft er sich gleich ne Neue :) Ich haenge uebrigens auch seit 15 Jahren an meiner Vienna Millenium, die zum zweiten Mal seit ich sie habe schlappmacht und der Kaffee nur noch raustroepfelt. Ich werde mich demnaechst, wenn ich Zeit finde um sie kuemmern, vielen Dank fuer Deine Anleitung. Wenn ich erfolgreich bin, werde ich es posten. LG Clem
Hallo Clem, die ganze Elektonik zu tauschen, ist eigentlich keine Option, der Preis liegt bei fast 50 % der Maschine, so verkauft man neue Maschinen. Eine bezahlte Reparatur macht bei solchen Verhältnissen keinen Sinn, Wir haben gerade wieder ein ähnliches Video zu einem Staubsauger gedreht. Der Fehler war ein Kabelbruch im Aufroller. Das Ersatzteil kostet knapp 50 Euro und das für einen 10 Jahre alten Staubsauger. Die Zerlegung der Trommel war nicht ganz ohne. Viele Grüße, Jürgen
Hallo, ich habe nach der Reparatur leider das Problem, dass die Maschine zwar anläuft (mit normaler Geschwindigkeit des Getriebes), auch funktioniert die Pumpe, wenn ich sie über das Ventil ansteuere, jedoch wenn ich das Programm starte mahlt die Maschiine normal, schüttet den Kaffee in die Brühgruppe, jedoch scheint dann die Gruppe in die Brühposition zu fahren und dort zu klemmen (Die Brühgruppe an sich geht leicht), die Pumpe springt auch nicht an, sondern die Maschine Brummt nur, bis sie dann nach Überlast des Durchlauferhitzers abschaltet... woran könnte das liegen?

Hallo, vielen Dank für die zügige Antwort, genau. der TIP 33C war defekt, das Getriebe lief sehr langsam, habe diesen dann ausgetauscht und die Zenerdiode gleich mit. T8 habe ich auch ausgetauscht, aber der dürfte ja nichts mit der Pumpe zu tun haben, so wie ich die Schaltung überlicke.. ansonsten lief die Maschine einwandfrei, auch habe ich die Schaltung durchgemessen (ohne die Triacs und ICs), die Dioden funktionieren, auch habe ich meine Lötstellen überprüft.
Timo Wolfinger Hallo, jetzt wird es eng. Du hast ja schon alles mögliche untersucht. Am einfachsten wäre der testweise Wechsel der Elektronik. Falls es dann sicher an der Elektronik liegt, würde ich die Triacs tauschen.

Awesome video! I used it to fix my machine today, though for a much more simple failure. The lever to which the micro switch for the trash receptacle is mounted broke off. It was a bit sticky from the factory and ended up breaking. I used your instructions for dis-assembly and just removed the switch entirely. Now it always thinks the receptacle is in place but at least it makes coffee again :). Thank you for saving me a bunch of time.
Well documented procedure to fault find and fix the issue. The procedure also applies to when the motor just cannot cycle the brewer due to a lack of power. Thankyou!

Thank you! This was so helpful for how to open the cover, even though I didn't need the later steps -- including even that I needed a Torx 10 screwdriver for that one screw. Why they made that one a Torx while all the others were Phillips-head is beyond me, but I wouldn't have known what tool to use.

I suspect that it was heat that killed the transistor- a lot of circuit designs heat transistors too much-if it is hot to touch then reliability is not good .I have found artic silver the best or even copper foil-if electrical isolation is not required.

I have an old Saeco Vienna (bought in 2002 or so, looks nearly the same as the unit in the video) which is having some problems moving the brew group, still works but it does not have the power it used to. I can now recall it was noticeably more swift years ago.

Unsere Kaffeemaschine drehte auch nur mehr auf Halblast. Spannung nachgemessen, irgendetwas bei 5v. Ok, Fall ist klar.
Ich habe dann bei ebay ein Reparaturset bestellt( (Ronald Schulz - espresso-vollautomaten-spezi, ... Superschnelle Lieferung - Danke), heute die Bauteile ausgetauscht, und schon läuft Sie wieder!Echt Super mit einem Einsatz von nicht einmal 10 Euro und ein paar Stunden Arbeitszeit, wobei die meiste Zeit für Reinigen und "Fehleranalyse" draufgegangen ist, hab ich jetzt wieder eine tolle Maschine.

Is the brewing group itself in order? Run the machine without brewing group, as shown in the video. If the motor is running then normal, the error is not in the electronics

Und mittlerweile auch mit Untertiteln in 2 Sprachen, echt top! Ich hab momentan leider sehr wenig Zeit, deshalb war mein Video auch mit der heißen Nadel gestrickt. Ich baue zur Zeit und ziehe erst zum Sommer/Herbst dieses Jahres ein und habe danach erst wieder Zeit und wollte dann ein neues, optimiertes und besseres Video machen, ebenfalls mit Untertiteln und mich dann auch mehr als nur der Senseo widmen!
Mein Boiler war Überhitz, die Krixon Sicherungen war raus gesprungen. Nach dem ich diese wieder rein gedrükt habe, startete die Maschine wieder kurz dann wieder tot. Soll ich nun den Boiler wechseln oder gibt es andere Teile auch zu wechseln. Was muss ich bei der Arbeit beachten? Danke im Vorraus. Ach ja. Happy new Year 2022.
Which voltage you measure at the motor during the startup with the bypassed brewing group? When you measure practically nothing, the fault is not at the TIP 33C more it is the input to it. Either one of the Triacs or the IC.
Thanks for the quick reply. I think my issue is a not the brew group. When I turn on the power button nothing moves as it used at start up. The display first reads self check then brew unit blocked. At that point none of the keys on key pad function. I did as you mentioned removed brew group, bypassed it and still nothing. Same result. No movement, self check them brew unit blocked. I also attached 33volts to the motor directly which did get the motor and gear to move. Con't...
This makes me think the issue lies on one the boards. I already replaced the transistor, but that wasn't it. I appreciate your thoughts. Thanks.
Before replacing something you should have a hint, what is broken. What voltage you measure at the motor of the brewing unit during the startup.
About the second board I know no details, my model has everything on a single board. But there are plenty of different versions of the boards.

meine Divina Spidem hat die arbeit wieder aufgenommen! Habe simpel den Leistungstransistor getauscht, war eine Sache von ca. 15 Minuten. Konnte hier in Bukarest keinen TIP33C bekommen, habe dann einen BD249C genommen. Wird auch als Vergleichstyp für den IPC35C aufgeführt. Sie läuft jetzt wieder als ob nichts gewesen wäre. Cool!!!

Hallo, für die Saeco ja, weiß ich. Ich schrieb ja oben von einem Flachbild-Fernseher. Dem Namen nach kam das Gerät von Philips, innen fand ich aber nur Samsung. Die LEDs fürs Backlight waren in ganz Europa nicht zu bekommen. Der deutsche Genreralimporteur hat mich ausgelacht. In China konnte ich 100 Stück für 8 Euro kaufen, musste aber 3-4 Wochen warten. Hello, great instructional video. I own a Saeco Magic Comfort plus machine and I'm experiencing issues where the machine indicated brew unit is stuck. I made sure the gear was aligned and went as far as following your instructions and replaced the power transistor TIP33C and the Zenerdiode for my machine. I still get the same notification. Do you know of any other checks I can do. I'm trying to avoid replacing the whole board if possible. Any advice? Thank you in advance.

Q: What type of multimeter leads (clips} are you using to test the transistor? Also, any suggestions for a good but not pricey multimeter?
I tested at the transistor only the diode transitions. This basic test will work with every digital multimeter starting around 10$. You may use the standard probes delivered, such clips which I used, will make the job easier, but they aren't cheap. I am sorry, that I cannot give you an advice which multimeter to buy, it depends what offers you just have in your country. If you have already a multimeter in view, I may comment it.

Ich hatte vor Monaten exakt den gleichen Fehler an meine absolut baugleichen Spidem Villa. Da ich gleich auf die Elektronik gegangen bin, mußte ich weniger zerlegen. Den Kühlkörper habe ich nicht ausgebaut. Defekt war der Transistor, da ich keine Möglichkeit habe, die Z-Diode zu tauschen, habe ich die gleich mitgewechselt.
Nun brennen Halbleiter selten ohne Grund durch. Bei meiner Maschine war die Brühgruppe extrem schwergängig. Die habe ich komplett zerlegt, gereinigt, mir einen Wartungssatz inklusive lebensmittelgeeignetem Fett bestellt und die Brühgruppe überholt. Eine Ermittlung der Ursache fehlt in dem Beitrag. Das Wechseln der Halbleiter kann ein kurzfrister Erfolg sein. Man sollte die Maschine auch gleich warten, also entkalken, Brühlgruppe überholen, Mahlwerk und auch den Rest der Maschine gründlich reinigen.

I have a Saeco Royal SUP015 which was totally blocked. I stripped it down and managed to get flow through all components, but now it is reassembled , all I get is a momentary flash at the digital display as though some safety device trips out. When I reassembled the machine, I neglected to connect the water tube for the tank and dumped perhaps 100ml water into the bottom, but this was nowhere near the circuit board. I dried it out and left it in the sun for a day, but this did not help. I numbered all the circuit board connections carefully and am sure all wires were correctly replaced. Can you tell me where I should look for a fault. Thankyou.

J'ai changé le fusible qui était défectueux, elle a remarché 5min après elle s'est éteinte et plus rien après. J'ai testé l'arrivée du courant, c'est ok, ensuite j'ai mesuré la résistance elle m'affiche 182 Ohm.

Der Flowmeter ist Nagel neu. In dem Testmodus geht alles aber die rote Diode ist solide an und blinkt nicht beim flowmeter test

Sehr gutes Video , ich habe das gleiche Problem wie die Kathrin, die Maschine ist zu langsam , mahlt die Kaffeebohnen aber das wars dann auch, das Pulver fällt in die Brühgruppe und dann in den Trester Behälter und es gibt keinen Kaffee. So, da das Problem bei meiner Maschine ja das gleiche ist wie bei dieser Maschine ...denke ich mal, ich gehe sofort zu der Elektronik tausche die kleinen Bauteile aus und werde sehen was dann passieren wird. Mit dem Messen von Dioden und Transistoren bin ich kein Profi. Super wäre auch wenn ich die komplette Elekronik Bedienung gut erhalten bei Ebay finden würde. Das würde die Arbeit erheblich erleichtern. Herzlichen Dank für das Video ich hoffe ich komme damit weiter . LG Thorsten

Meine Kaffeemaschine nicht gegen den Uhrzeigersinn drehen, auch. Ich überprüfte die Spannung aus dem Vorstand mit dem Motor, in Uhrzeigersinn-Modus war es 33V. Bei gegen den Uhrzeigersinn-Modus war es 0,8V. Wahrscheinlich brauche ich, um den Transistor zu ändern, aber nicht über die Werkzeuge, um die Teile zu testen. Kann ich den Transistor, die Sie in Ihrem Video überprüft ersetzen nur?
Die 33 V kommen also ist der TIP 33 in Ordnung. Die Umschaltung der Richtung erfolgt über die TRIAC. Einer davon sollte defekt sein.

Super Video! Ich bekomme auf dem Motor-Ausgang von meiner Incanto überhaupt keine Spannung mehr (sowohl BG-Motor als auch Mahlwerk), kann das Problem trotzdem an dem TIP33C / Z-Diode liegen?

kann auch andere Ursachen haben. da fehlt eine Spannung von der Elektronik her. Prüfe mal, ob der TIP33C angesteuert wird, in dem Du die Spannung an der Basis misst, während der Motor laufen sollte. Viele Grüße, Jürgen
Hab die Ursache schlussendlich gefunden. Einer der Optokoppler zur Ansteuerung des Triac ist abgeraucht, sodass Brühgruppenmotor+Mahlwerk überhaupt nicht angesteuert wurden, aber auch TIP33C war defekt! Vielen Dank für deine Hilfe!

Ich sehe auch das ist old school, den Leistungstransistor auswechseln und nicht die ganze Baugruppe. Viele der neuen Generation haben spaetestens hier ein Problem. Und wenn ein Laie das sieht, kauft er sich gleich ne Neue :) Ich haenge uebrigens auch seit 15 Jahren an meiner Vienna Millenium, die zum zweiten Mal seit ich sie habe schlappmacht und der Kaffee nur noch raustroepfelt. Ich werde mich demnaechst, wenn ich Zeit finde um sie kuemmern, vielen Dank fuer Deine Anleitung. Wenn ich erfolgreich bin, werde ich es posten. LG Clem

die ganze Elektonik zu tauschen, ist eigentlich keine Option, der Preis liegt bei fast 50 % der Maschine, so verkauft man neue Maschinen. Eine bezahlte Reparatur macht bei solchen Verhältnissen keinen Sinn,
Wir haben gerade wieder ein ähnliches Video zu einem Staubsauger gedreht. Der Fehler war ein Kabelbruch im Aufroller. Das Ersatzteil kostet knapp 50 Euro und das für einen 10 Jahre alten Staubsauger. Die Zerlegung der Trommel war nicht ganz ohne.

Hallo, ich habe nach der Reparatur leider das Problem, dass die Maschine zwar anläuft (mit normaler Geschwindigkeit des Getriebes), auch funktioniert die Pumpe, wenn ich sie über das Ventil ansteuere, jedoch wenn ich das Programm starte mahlt die Maschiine normal, schüttet den Kaffee in die Brühgruppe, jedoch scheint dann die Gruppe in die Brühposition zu fahren und dort zu klemmen (Die Brühgruppe an sich geht leicht), die Pumpe springt auch nicht an, sondern die Maschine Brummt nur, bis sie dann nach Überlast des Durchlauferhitzers abschaltet... woran könnte das liegen?

der TIP 33C war defekt, das Getriebe lief sehr langsam, habe diesen dann ausgetauscht und die Zenerdiode gleich mit. T8 habe ich auch ausgetauscht, aber der dürfte ja nichts mit der Pumpe zu tun haben, so wie ich die Schaltung überlicke.. ansonsten lief die Maschine einwandfrei, auch habe ich die Schaltung durchgemessen (ohne die Triacs und ICs), die Dioden funktionieren, auch habe ich meine Lötstellen überprüft.
