Hayden Roarke was a badly underrated comedic talent. So much of this fabulous show was based on the predicaments he was constantly thrown into. Many of his own creation. If only he would use his free hands to knock on the door!! His character was key to this legendary series.
Years later, when we were still buying the National Enquirer ( and it still had black and white photos) one photo showed Barbara Eden and Hayden Rorke together and smiling - and Rorke had said his years on " I Dream of Jeannie" were "the happiest years of my life". 😊
The strange thing about Dr. Bellows is that he would always go through doors without knocking. Seems odd for a psychiatrist to do that. But it lead to some great comedy.
The only thing I could never understand to this day is why Barbara Eden's voice was always dubbed in whenever she occasionally shape-shifted into a male form!
Can't imagine 'I Dream of Jeannie' without Dr. Bellows. He's such a big part of the show.
❤️ Dr bellow&major roger Healy
Hayden added so much comedy to the series overall. This character Dr. Bellows is one of my favorite sitcom creations.
My favorite line from dr bellows is, "it is so nice of you to do to someone else."

I guess 😅there wouldn’t be a tv 📺 show
And it didn't help that Major Nelson never locked his doors.
The best part is when General Peterson thinks Dr. Bellows is the one going bonkers.
