Ambulance vans are allowed to create their own lane if available lanes are impossible for the other vehicles in the road to yield away for them in time while transporting patients in critical conditions. All operating vehicles are required by law to yield to the ambulance with their siren on. As you can see how packed and slow the other side of traffic was, the ambulance had to do a quick run by using the least busy lane of the other side of the road that wasn’t as packed. That’s why you saw all the cars made way for the ambulance.
yeah there are 2 Jodd Fairs now in BKK, and its on diff location. From you hotel you can actually taking Grab app to call the car/taxi to take direct to jodd Fair. But your walking lead you to this adventure VDO, quite enjoying. Only concern is it is a lot of walk to your beloved parents. btw enjoy Bangkok mate.
