I am in the same boat. I had the original Mavic Pro and few years ago.... I flew RC Planes back in the day. I just bought the the iFlight Defender 25 about 1 month ago, great small quad for Slow shots but can not handle freestyle moves that well. But I wanted to go faster and do more freestyle so I just ordered the Babyhawk 03 before moving on to 5 inch quad. Plus I live in LA, way too many Karens out there to fly a loud 5 inch.... Nice Vette!!!
Hey Larry thanks for the comment! I absolutely love my Vertical doors. It honestly makes it much easier to get in and out of the C8. I had made a full review of mine on the channel if you havent seen it yet as I go through alot more detail there. The short story is they are great for a personal investment into your C8 but MAKE SURE TO GET A GOOD INSTALLER. Super important!
I have watched your channel from the beginning and just wanted to get a review from someone that has had them for awhile to get an idea about the long term feelings. Thanks for the help 👍
Hey thanks bud i really appreciate it! I used on these flight some luminier 850 3s lipos. Worked great but also went with some Ganeng 850 4s batteries soon after. I like the 4s batteries better as I get alittle better of a flight time at a casual speed/pace and the 3s if i wanted to go for shorter flights and be more acrobatic.
Not to be the bearer of bad news, but, if you use drone footage from any drone and profit from TH-cam, it’s considered commercial use, which means you need a part 107 and an R ID module on each of your craft… It sucks but that actually is the rules
Yeah that part 107 and the RID is an unfortunate reality. The big thing though I do like is outside of the TH-cam monetized videos for things that are personal/hobby flights its nice to have that ability not to be registered.

Yeah it was killing me taking the time to just get it all figured out and not being able to figure it out. But it sure was worth it!
