The Manual says black leads (-) must be connected to Conductor to be tested, red (+) leads must be connected to armour of the cable. We’ve been doing it wrong here for ages. Red on the conductor and black on the armour.
Hi Benny, unfortunately this error code can only be diagnosed and repaired by Megger themselves. You will need to return the unit to your local Megger agent for them to send it back to Megger for analysis and repair.

Our tester doesn’t stay at 5000v, just tests at like 45v any idea how to sort this?
