Love this video , it was very informative ❤ just a question, I'm currently doing my final year (LLB degree ) is it advisable to apply now for 2024 grad programmes or should I wait till I have graduated and apply for 2025 grad programmes? Is there a preffered average or 65% upwards is good to apply. I'd appreciate your response.
Thank you so much for watching. I would advise that you apply now to avoid sitting idle next year. Different firms have different requirements but you definitely stand a better chance with higher marks. But don’t stop yourself from applying just because you don’t fit all the requirements. Something on your resume will stand out to them. I hope this helps.

It genuinely depends on the role you’re applying for. Recruitment for graduates (5+ months as you are still in school) usually takes longer than someone who is experienced (about 1/2 months)
