Until February 2018, there was a gated level crossing beside the Stone Crossing station, allowing step-free access to both platforms. The crossing was manned with a crossing keepers hut next to it. The gates would be opened on request. However, a new footbridge was built and installed in 2018, leading to the closure of the crossing. The old white gates were removed and fencing installed in its place. Several trains were seen both beside the crossing and on the station platforms.

1:13 That sound of the train accelerating was COOL. Great and varied video!
I love the motor sounds on those trains. By far my favourite 😁
Those trains were awesome! ❤😊
The Class 465s are my favourite :)
Well done keep up the good work
Thank you :)
Great Video! 👍🏻
Thanks.
Nice crossing and vid!
Thanks.
Great video 👍
Thanks.
Kent might be bigger than Kent btw nice level crossing🎉❤
Well, Stone 'Crossing' isn't the most accurate name anymore if there isn't really a 'crossing' that you can use there 🙃
Nice video by the way. Always love hearing those networker motors, and the livery looks nice on those 707 'City Beams'.
Thank you. Yeah, they should re-name this station to 'Stone Step-Free Footbridge' now lol
Ok, guys do you know how long is Kent?
Quite long 😉
Wow😲, bigger than London
