How did you choose the pick up current 1.05 ? As I know, it suppose to be the normal load current * 1.20 , which is huge. Thanks

Isn't it true that if ( pick up current * ratio CT ), then the current seen by the relay will exceed CT? make CT burn.
That's why CT selection to be done properly to avoid CT saturation..
