Recipe:
3 sweet peppers.
Remove seeds.
2 onions.
Olive oil.
Garlic 2 cloves.
Let it cook for 2-3. minutes.
Carrots 2 pieces.
Cut into cubes.
250 grams of mushrooms.
100 grams of rice
Mix 3-5. minutes.
100 ml tomato puree.
100 ml water.
Salt 1. tsp.
Black pepper. 1/4 tsp.
Paprika 1/2 tsp.
Turmeric 1/2 tsp.
Cover and cook for 10-12 minutes.
The rice should absorb water.
Parsley.
Stuff the peppers.
100 grams of mozzarella cheese.

Bake in the oven at 180°C or 360f for 40 minutes.
80 grams of hard cheese.
Return to the oven for 10 minutes.
Sauce:
3 tbsp yogurt.
Fresh cucumber.
Garlic 1 clove.
Dill.
Salt.
