Well, I’ve made it! After what feels like an eternity (okay, just a 2-hour taxi ride from Khon Kaen), I’m finally in Udon Thani, one of the most hyped towns in Isan. Yes, the same northeastern Thailand town every other travel vlogger and their dog has raved about. Guess it’s my turn to jump on the bandwagon and give you the scoop on life in Thailand as an expat who occasionally forgets how to relax.
In this newest vlog, I check into the centrally located Banbua Grand Udon Hotel - because nothing screams adventure like staying next to the best bar street in Udon Thani, which, as you guessed, is home to the best nightlife in Udon Thani. If sipping a mango shake (or something stronger) on a plastic chair in rural Thailand isn’t your thing, then this place might just be your paradise.
