My OSO also stressed what Capt.Teeny stated in this video - leading from the front, tending your Marines' needs first, and bearing all the burdens for your Marines. Not only the Infantry Officer, but also ground intelligence officers would have to complete IOC as I'm aware. Many candidates in my office desire to be Infantry Officers. IOC is highly challenging and the attrition rate proves it. I expect nothing less from a Marine Infantry Officer. Thank you Capt.Dubon!
