What year is your sportsman I stunk mine yesterday up to the seat an it stayed running but the “ air box had 11/2 of water in it. Mine has no aftermarket snorkel

Sportsman’s have a stock snorkel that goes to right underneath the gas cap so don’t go over the gas tank and you will be good
