Yesterday, I attempted to remove the forks, loosen the lower bolt first; however, I was unable to access the upper bolt. I later realized that I should have loosened the upper bolt before addressing the lower one.
For front suspension, if the scooter is more than 2 years old / has done 20k kms, you can change the fork oil which would improve the suspension feedback. For rear suspension, only available and known solution is to adjust the preload or get an aftermarket rear suspension which I have also not tried yet.
