Regarding groceries, I just did a thrive order and got some snacks for back to school and did a little stock up on Amazon prime day. Typically I just do a Kroger pick up order every weekend and Costco once every 3-4 weeks. We are a family of 5
I only have one cup of coffee during the middle of the day. I don't wanna rely on coffe to much. Groceries stores are definitely going up. We do a local grocery shop. Usually try to look for the best meat deals
Kimmy from She's in her Apron has a lot of videos on how best to save money on groceries. I recommend giving her a look. I do the shop my shelves and sales route. I look what I have and check the flyers. I also make sure I have all the stores in my areas apps (if they have them) so I can get coupons too. I also see how much staple items are at each store. And I have a list for each store. I usually use 3 main stores with sometimes a 4th thrown in lol. Preperation helps. One of my recent grocery trips came to 240. After club card and coupons in the appbit was 88.

I shop at Kroger, get their digital coupons, and gas points. I have boost so I don’t get charged for delivery. During the summer, holidays, and weekends when time with the kiddos is premium, this comes in handy. My last order was half after applying my coupons.
I always keep shrimp in the freezer for quick meals and I make tortillas almost every Tuesday and I always make enough to freeze so shrimp tacos are one of my go to’s when I need something fast. I can cook up the shrimp, throw the tacos together, put them on a sheet pan and make a ton at once. Fish tacos with a microgreen slaw is also on my quick meal plan. Just putting it out there because I know I can always use new ideas.

We do Walmart online for groceries, then have them delivered bc now deliver to us 🙌 (for years picked up) and lots of organic!! Lowest prices and still extra pricey with inflation ugh. Otherwise Aldi at times. Also the other lowest prices. 👍 and meal plan.
Swimmers ear... we do a saline rinse just to really clear anything out followed by a peroxide swab and just motion, ibprophen for swelling/inflammation usually clears up in a few days unless it's gotten infected... garlic drops and clove oil helps too for us

Ear drop antibiotics! I would call his dr or take him in. My sister had that for like 7 days and the dr. Told my mom that she could have lost her hearing if she waited to much longer. She seriously cracks me up she is just the best little thing
I have an almost 4 year old and I'm struggling the last weeks to put him down to sleep before 8 because, as he says, it is still day!!! It's not dark outside 😆
As someone who has chronic ear issues and swimmers ear. A couple of drops of rubbing alcohol mixed with with vinegar has always helped. The alcohol helps dry the ear and the vinegar acts as a natural antifungal for prevention. Would put the drops in before swimming about half an hour for prevention then use ear plugs. After would use a drop of rubbing alcohol to help with any excess water in my ear. Make sure to get him to an ent if it is a persistent issue because there might be something else going on.
