Obviously going up against a superheavyweight with a perfect counter to his kingsmove wasn't going to be easy, and I still think it's absolutely nuts that devon was able to hook with genadi after years of elbow problems.
Do a bunch of pull-ups and you’ll hunch over, push-ups you’ll walk with your chest out, this dude literally focuses on curling movements, his arms are curling naturally from the muscle fibers and tendons pulling inward..

Doing a lot of back work and exercises that ‘open up’ like W-raises, rear delts, mid back and of course spinal erector exercises will help with great upright posture.
