By default it's "skip 0/10" = 60FPS). To toggle throttle (ON/OFF), press F10 key; to see the frame-skip indicator, press F11 key. Moreover, to get fully or as nearly as 100% possible of both video and sound emulation, someone needs like - in case, you know Video Game Esoterica: CPU = Intel i9-12900k series GPU = NVIDIA RTX 3080 (don't know with his other specs, but that's it) This is, at least, you'll get some idea on playing 3D games with much "beefy" PC specs needed on MAME.
