  • Where to find the A/C drain plug in a Ford Escape (2016).
This drain normally gets clogged, causing mildew and a bad smell to come out the vents when you turn your A/C on.

Great video ...This is a problem with Ford Rangers also..mines a wildtrak 2019 and this drain became blocked and filled up the ac unit under the dash until it all overflowed onto drivers and passengers floor and completely soaked the carpets and underlay..I couldn’t find the drain end to unblock it so took it to Ford dealer to fix..now that it’s working properly I can see the drain ends location easierly with the ac dripping water ..

These engineers and what goes threw there head and how they think mechanics should know how they desighn certain things to fail.... O just take it to Ford yeah, $300 hr. And they still wont fix the shit. O, because you can take a day or two off, for their own idiots... Shit is starting to piss me off. The compressor is under the fning hood sos the dam condesor. So why is the condisate line 3miles to the back behind some inconspicuious POS sheild next to the fing exhaust (wich is why and only why a heat sheild would be needed btw.)
