Can we Restore the firewall config backup taken from 4800 to 6200 Box and then restore policies that were pushed to 4800 from management server to 6200?

After installing GAIA, i can't seem to get coonection from the smartdashboard, i check under the UI user sedtion and at the top it tells me, ' maangement server cannot be reached .....' what do you think issue could be, hencae why i cannot connect in with Smart Dashboard
