Every Character Appearing in Crisis on Infinite Earths Animated Movie

- DC’s 2nd and current animated movie universe dubbed The Tomorrowverse by fans, seems to be coming to an end a little earlier than initially expected as the plan for 2024 seems to be the release of a trilogy of three parts of Crisis on Infinite Earths. Two trailers were released recently for Crisis on Infinite Earths and in this video I’ll be sort of breaking them down, mostly going over the 50+ characters who appear, what universe they hail from and certain story elements that seem to occur. One of these trailers was actually taken down for whatever reason, luckily I got screenshots before it was and it’s that trailer I’ll be starting with.

The female with wings is Dawnstar of the Legion. Also two of the guys shooting energy beams is Lighting Lad and Cosmic Boy from the Legion.

Animated Universes, From Shows to Movies, new and old, ongoing and ended (Teen Titans, Young Justice, and DC Super Hero Girls) interacting with each other, clashing then connecting, united to save every earth from the Anti-Monitor. That's what I'm wishing for

@@Flyboy1953 just because the Tomorrowverse is it's own universe independent of the previous DCAM doesn't mean that they aren't still connected through the infinite multiverse. Literally everything is. That's the whole concept of the multiverse.
Perhaps you've forgotten that we see both the old DCAM John Constantine and the new Tomorrowverse Constantine in the same movie. What more proof could you need that the two franchises are connected through the multiverse
I think Pariah is the homeless man they didn't show much because part 2 is most likely going to be the big reveal of what happens next
The commentator didn’t realize that psycho pirate did appear in the trailer. He agreed with The Question when he asked the Monitor how they could verify the purpose of the abduction
Now one of the reasons why I think the tomorrow verse direct to video movies ending a little sooner than we all believed, is primarily due to James guns new DC universe. Supposedly he is going to use animation as well in in the new DC universe, that he is the new chief, creative officer for discovery, and Warner Brothers
Why not just make his verse a Seperate universe from the Tomorrowverse

I think he stated that the Tomorrowverse will be the explanation for the new DCU continuity, then all the other continuities will be considered under Elseworlds (DC's What-If)
Batman was actually a pretty minor player in the COIE comic. I doubt they’ll let that happen here.

But the fact that this whole universe’ existence consists of off screen development and time jumps to boot is really annoying.
Also, wasn’t it a missed opportunity for them not to make earth 2 movies? That would’ve been cool as a golden age fan.
What will truly get me hooked is seeing a glimpse of any dcamu characters, cuz why wouldn’t the surviving heroes come back for this?

Just saw a clip featuring Psycho Pirate, Elongated Man, Dr Light, Mr Terrific, Katana, Swamp Thing, and a few more I couldn't identify.
THE OTHER SUPERMAN LOOK LIKE THE SUPERMAN UNBOUND MOVIE
It's likely he will be reminded by the monitor he made this universe due to Flashpoint again in Justice League Dark Apocalypse.

This should be a 12 Animated DC movie series.
Just like the 12 issues comics Maxi Series.
I am hoping that the Tomorrowverse and their different Universes begin to lose and at the end of the 1st movie we see Barry travel to the original Animated post Flashpoint movie universe to enlist them before the end of JL Dark Apocalypse war. And even go to the TV Animated series universe of Batman, Superman, JLU and Young Justice. That would be a great ending to the 1st movie with fans clamoring to watch episode 2. As well as tying all DC animation together in 1 final big crossover.
As long as the Legion and my boy, Wildfire show up--I'll watch it. I like the animation design--reminds me bit of Lauren Montgomery's style (especially their eyes). I didn't like Man of Tommorrow but LSH film surprised me--I actually liked it (except for Brainy being bald--like I should complain I'm bald too), thought it was fun.
I hope that they bring back all the villains from the previous movies will appear
If it's based on the comic they bring a whole bunch of villians to face the younger superheroes
As a black man kinda feel weirded out that we will possibly get black Wally west instead of red headed Wally writing aside I’d kinda prefer if though iris is black she was either possibly adopted into West Family or they adopted a white son so we could get both an older Wally and younger Wally/wallace
DC has been making Iris Black since the Flash movie. Idk why it's bled over into other universe though. Maybe to still confusion?

I agree @StrawRabbi, but a brand new black speedster would be an awesome idea. I’m getting tired of swapping established characters with race, gender, and sexuality, when you can create a brand new character.
@@duprez2 there is a black speedster. Wallace West (not to be confused with traditional Wally West). He's teen titans age (couple years older than The youngest Robin, Damian). He dated a raven for a bit but it ended as quickly as it started

In Batman the Brave and the Bold, when they went to the Crime Syndicate Earth, the Green Arrow equivalent was Blue Bowman.

I saw Nightshade from Blue Beetle’s world.
I’d be surprised if they didn’t kill Supergirl and the Flash. Supergirl died by attacking the Anti-Monitor to save Supes and Anti-Monitor killed her in issue 7. The Flash died in issue 8. He had to run at a speed faster than his costume and body could withstand and basically came apart while saving everyone. I have the 12 issue series from the 80s at home.
In DC Convergence they manage to Make a Dc Timeline Stopping the Antimonitor from Destroying the Dc Multiverse in that Timeline plus they had Post Crisis Superman Backing them up with Pre Crisis Superman

Say you don't know the material, without saying you don't know the material. The reason he is now called Shazam, is the name Captain Marvel ended up being copyrighted by Marvel Comics after Fawcett comics (creators) went down and DC ended up buying the rights to the characters. The Aquaman with the spear-arm is the Earth 1 Aquaman POST-Crisis to Rebirth. Blackhawk isn't a character, it's a military organization formed during WW2 and was the precursor to Task Force X.

I think that the person next to Blue Beetle at 10:15 is Jemm, son of Saturn. His body color is different than what he is in the comics (red), but the costume design is the same with him being bare chested.

I am curious at the end of the crisis on infinite earths animated trilogy if this is truly the end of the tomorrow verse universe or are we going to continue after this crisis trilogy but time will tell, until we get more information about this movie but we shall when this movie comes out in the future but that’s just my opinion.

James Gunn wants to start a new era of DC by making all animated movies/shows, along with the live action movies/shows, and even possibly videogames one thing, like he wants to mix it which I think is a really good idea so people that are just casual fans don't get confused with it, but Gunn's DCU is basically the reason this and the Arrowverse are dying
@@arachwing2125 The Arrowverse died long before Gunn showed up. The quality was declining and so was the viewership, it is better to spend money on something that is worthwhile, rather than something that no one watches.

Well it has been confirm that crisis on infinite Earths the three-part animated DC movie will be the final installment of the tomorrowverse I'm going to take a wild guess about the Earth 2 Superman as well as the wonder woman that's in the trailer.
Now am I going to say that the Wonder Woman that's in the trailer is in fact the Earth One version of the Amazon demigoddess and that there is a possibility that her Earth 2 equivalent could be there and there's also a possibility that she and the Earth 2 Superman are together so the other, Superman or Superboy, that's there could be the offspring to the Earth 2 Superman and Wonder Woman.

The leader of the Blackhawks originally went by the name Blackhawk. I believe he didn't get a civilian name until some time in the late 70s or early 80s.
