Thank you for making this talk and posting it. It was a thorough talk for anyone wishing to know about the procedure. It demystifies some of the anxieties, and decision making particularly in scenarios where individuals are going through it alone. It was genuinely helpful. I'm sure a lot of people would agree!

I have to say, this video is so informative and explains the coherent order of things. I submitted a claim in 2020, which is on-going, and I was one of those claimants that rambled on and on in my ET1 😄 The judges have been very patient with me in the pre-lims. This video has helped me to organise my claim with my amendments granted by the court. I wish this had been on YT in 2020! Thank you for the free content and as my claim progresses, I’ll keep your services in mind, just in case.. there is no harm having competent employment lawyers on your case for iron clad documents 🙏🏻

Very resourceful insight. If the respondent refuses to provide any disclosure but provided their evidence for the bundle. Can I request for their defence to be strike off or request for disclosure order failing to comply with PH. What are the possibility an order will be granted, thank you

Great video thank you. Are the exchange of disclosures sent via the court or directly between aimant and disclosures?

    Good video.
Have you ever had experience representing / assisting a (NHS) whistleblower at ET? I know one that may be interested in your services, as they know how deep the barrister funding well is for the NHS defending whistleblowing claims.

Warning! There are some real pitfalls in representing yourself or in fact getting solicitors involved. You could well end up getting rinsed by large organistations who have deep pockets and their legal representatives who will be charging them hundreds of pound an hour.Think of the pressure this may have on your family. At the end you may have large costs awarded against you even if you withdraw your complaint the repondent can apply for a cost preperation order against you. So please think carefully if it is really worth it and don't get drawn in. There is no such thing as a free lunch.

      Wrong.
It is extremely rare to have costs awards in Employment Tribunal Claims

@@Liberty_Freedom_Brotherhood Nevertherther less it can happen and solicitors do not work for free their input does not come cheap. My advice would be get on with your life avoid the stress and find an employer who is worth working for.

Most people are here because trouble was caused for us. Not by us, so staying away isn't good advice unless everyone was to isolate themselves, seen as trouble makers are everywhere including employers. Now if someone wants to make up a fake claim then that's solely on them.
You got this and may it be a happy new year.

      That's what the employer wants.
