    Thank you. You took me through the pandemic, starting with just 5 min. What a difference those dedicated few minutes have made. I upped the time slowly thanks to your varied workouts, and have added bike rides, kayak rides, walking, hiking. I can take the stairs on the cruises instead of the elevator, aches have eased. Thank you.
