Hey y'all! Couple things: 1. I purposefully left out Shadow Ball in this video. Shadow Ball Jab locks are getting its OWN video as the setups are a lot more complex and niche than what's shown here! 2. You can absolutely not go for any of these followups and instead go for a hard read. I wanted this video to be more on true followups rather than having to read your opponent, which is why hard reads were mostly left out. Glad you're enjoying the video! - NB
Thank you as always for teaching us to suck less at Mewtwo! Love your vids, dude. 💜 Can I ask if you have a planned release window for the shadow ball jab lock video, or is it on the back burner at the moment?
great video nb. i just want to add, after your first jab lock your opponents starts preemptively di-ing your downtilt combos so you can intentionally let them pick a get up option and get a much better punish if you get a read on where they'll roll. i usually get better punishes through this either through a charged smash attack, fully charged shadow ball, disable, etc.
Great video as always! I'd still love to see an in depth video on drag down nair. I'm especially curious how you set up for and execute drag down upsmash so consistently, but a comprehensive guide on nair's various applications is something I think the M2 community is sorely missing
As always great video! What you forgot to mention though: Uncharged shadowball jab locks too. In certain ways it's even better than M2's actual jab for jab locking. And also fully charged shadowball is a another good option after a jab lock, provieded your shadowball is fully charged.
What is the window for getting 2 Jabs? I have trouble getting 2 Jab 1's, since it usually goes into Rapid Jab, which is fine for the extra damage, but isn't optimal
That neutral air to up smash?!?! How you get that everytime? Even when the nair doesn’t connect its final hit the opponents movement is always random and off?!! Maybe next vid?
The timing window for NOT hitting the last hit of the nair is very tight. You have to shorthop fastfall your nair, but start your nair a little late (not rising). Just keep practicing!
1:05 THIS imo is a worse sin than the tail hurt box. Nintendo please give Mewtwo good scoop up hit boxes by his feet I want a good OoS and neutral tool even Tired of running into people after disable lands and somes STILL whiffing the up smash kill ;_;
Thanks for this Also👇 God LOVES YOU so MUCH that he sent his only son to die in YOUR PLACE so you won't have to die under Gods judgment but live forever IF you fully trust in Jesus Repent from thinking wickedness!!

Awesome guide, lots of care and editing put into it to make it easy to understand/follow.
Awesome tutorial thanks. This has been one aspect of mewtwo I have been struggling with.

I’m surprised you didn’t talk about locking with shadowball instead of jab. Pretty sure it lets you follow up with downsmash
