I don't understand how you struggle with simply moving your hand slightly and clicking with a pinpoint accurate device made for its accuracy. But, different strokes for different folks.
bought it on switch, really good game, ftw combo is ancient weapon + teleport mod, pretty much insta kill everything, especially with the mod that makes it so missiles can't target anything, lol

Play this game on the laptop with X box controller. It is better than elite dangerous in my opinion and is superb on vr . It takes a while for the story to roll out. I can recommend this game
I wouldn't really compare it to Elite Dangerous. The only thing that those two games have in common is the fact that they take place in space in a spaceship.

No! This is not the same kind of gameplay. This is far more arcade like and there are very few ships. Not really open world, and from what I have played, the game itself doesnt really have any objective other than "Grind" but to no real end.

it is terrible on gamepad. I have it on xbox and pc and I like the mouse and keyboard better. they need to let you switch the left and right sticks that might make it better.

I'm actually the opposite. I struggle with m&k more than I do a controller. The controller just feels more natural to me. Same with shooters really.

It's a roguelike. Kind of between FTL and Dark Souls and it's definitely worth a buy even full price.
