- Very excited to share this video with you - all done standing up to tone your abdominals. trim your waistline and flatten troublesome lower belly area.It really can give you an instant improvement to your belly area and with regular practice you will get great results. It features my standing Abdominal J sequence, which is an essential part of the WalkActive System - to flatten, tone and firm the waistline area.
This workout takes under 10 minutes and is performed standing up - so you don't even need a mat, and no need to get down on the floor or struggle with neck pain often associated with traditional sit up style abdominal exercises.
