- Motorcycle riding and adventuring through the amazing Pyrenees. In this 1st episode we begin at the Miami airport where we take a flight to the Mediterranean city of Barcelona, Spain. Once in Barcelona, we rent the bikes that will become our companion for the next 8 days as we zigzag the Pyrenees Mountain between Spain, France, and Andorra. On this first leg we leave Barcelona following the Costa Brava north to the small coastal town of Cadaques, the famous fishing village where Salvador Dali spent a big part of his life. Then we ride deep into the mountain to the winter town of Camprodon.

I'm a bit envious ; good friends, good bikes, good roads, good food, good wine. Nice
Nice video man. Nice Cameradery. You must be living your dream! 👍🏻🥇😊
Amazing
Barcelona is a beautiful city of culture and of course home to the magnificent Barcelona FC.
That was a sweet ride guys so pretty the land there ❤
I was in Barcelona around 2013, borrowed a bike and did day rides up the coast, over past Monserrat, up to Andora and back down through the mountains the next day... 7:00 minutes in, I rode that coast. Amazing road and views! Thanks for bringing back one of my fondest riding memories!! I need to go back!
9:00 I thought the road up to that church looked familiar! I rode up there too. So many squiggly lines on the map to be followed in that area!
You guys are my heroes!!!
Another great video. Wonderful roads, beautiful scenary a above everything, lots of friendship!!
Thank you very much Amigo 👍😉
What a great playlist! I can’t wait to see the Pyrenees from your handlebars. (Yo estudie en España pero hace muchusimos años.)
Gorgeous video! Going there after corona!
Thank you for staying tuned 👍😉
My wife and I went just prior to the global pandemic, literally... we got back 3 weeks before US shut down travel.
When you go, try to work Sevilla into your trip. You won’t regret it.
Out of Barcelona you can head north to Montserrat, the peak of Spain. I wasn’t in a bike but if I ever get the chance to go back I’m definitely going to research into rentals!
Safe travels
Barcelona is such a beautiful city. Been there twice. Nice trip.
It is indeed. Thank you for watching 👍😉
As I've said before at 12:18 you realize Oscar is the party animal.....:)
Beautiful video. Did you consider flying your own bike to Europe? Rentals seem very expensive. By the was I'm riding the Oregon section of the TAT in a couple weeks--totally inspired by you. Ride on, amigo. See you next time.
Oregon section of the TAT sounds awesome. You won't be disappointed. As for the rental bikes in Europe, it is better to rent when the trip time is under 4 weeks. Because the cost of shipping a bike to Europe and back is that expensive. Plus the logistics. If you plan to go for a month or longer, then I will totally agree to ship your bike. Thank you for staying tuned 👍😉
Wow is all I can say. Can you give details on the trip. I see it was not a guided trip but I guess they supplied the route. Can you share the cost. It looks like you guys went with 1250 GS but I would think an 850 would work
Hello Kevin. The route we used I created myself. I love doing the research and planing of a new adventure. As for the bike, any will do. That's all personal preference. The cost is not that hard to calculate. Your main expense is the bike rental, then airfare, hotels, food and gas. In that order. Europe is less expensive than the US specially when it comes to food. A little time online and you will be able to come up with figures of how much you need for such a trip. Thank you for staying tuned 👍😉
@@RideOnAmigos Thanks very much
Through Hertz you can get adventure bikes for around 110-160 euros a day.
If you’re on a budget there are many hostels scattered all over Spain for around 20-30 euros a night.
You save money on beer, a pint of estrella will run you a euro
What time of the year was this?
I wish I had real rider friends to make this trip. Most of the bikers I know would not be willing to do this.
