I love to see someone who can play an instrument like this not only with great technique, but knowing that it comes from her heart and soul. This is amazing and absolutely beautiful. Well done! : )
Stephen Sams I will second that sentiment. She’s VERY talented, and You can always tell or ‘feel’ when someone’s “connected” to a song..or ANYTHING at that moment.
You can see her facial expression during the play she puts body and soul in this play. Simply amazing talent.
I agree, I just wish she was using an acoustic violin, they sound so much better and have a nice depth her violin lacks. But her playing is exceptional.

James Murphy, I don't believe I have a "problem". Why do you ask? … OK - to save time I will assume your response. And now that I think about it I guess I could have said something along the lines of.... Maybe she prefers the way it sounds on an electric! And stating that an acoustic violin... sounds so much better is absolutely no more that a personal preference. … Still - D Roe is entitled to his or her opinion... So I guess I should have just said something like - "I prefer it on the electric because it is what she used and is the sound she was going for. And still I will argue ad nauseam that acoustic or electric is a personal preference. Nothing more nothing less.

@@Rog5446 Your correct about the composer but the song was recorded and popularized by Bobby Hatfield of the Righteous Brothers in 1965. There is a video of Bobby singing the song posted on the same page as Jo A Ram's instrumental version of the song. I heard Bobby sing this song in the city fo Baltimore, Maryland in 1965.

This is one of the most beautiful songs ever composed. To have it performed at this high a level of "soul" is as spectacular as it gets. FYI... Prior to hearing this Inca Gold plays this on a pan flute that is quite awesome as well. Would love to see them team up and simply set the bar for all others to try and compete.
