This was filmed in the south shore which is predominantly white and can be racist. North shore is more diverse and welcoming

I live there and it’s all great but the only thing I hate about it is that there’s like 5000 delis and you have to search through all of them just to find one bag of Doritos and everything is always under construction like there is a Dunkin’ Donuts that’s been under construction for like eight years now

Clean streets, good neighborhoods and Old Glory flying everywhere. Staten Island, especially the southern half, is the last piece of real America in NYC...the last piece.
