Trip to Midtown Comics in NYC and Talking MCU, Doctor Doom and Robert Downey Jr

I took a trip to midtown comics recently, and wanted to show you around. They are 2 floors of fantastic comic and comic related merchandise in midtown Manhattan. They have both recent and back issues, along with statues, busts, funko pops and so much more.
After I filmed this, they announced that Robert Downey Jr will be returning to the MCU (Marvel cinematic universe) as Doctor Doom. I also included my hot take and opinion about this announcement.

The first half of this video was a walk down memory lane. During my youth in the late 90s that particular Midtown Comics was my go to spot after school. I continued to go there even during my college years and later on in my adulthood, unfortunately a few years ago I moved to the midwest and haven’t got back to visit so I do miss it (and moreso after watching this video). Great to see it standing even with the economic downturn.

I’m glad you enjoyed the trip down memory lane - it’s still a great shop to visit! They actually are doing well and expanded and have a location near grand central and another downtown near wall street, but like you the original holds a special place in my heart

I had found alot of cómic books inside a bag. But i dont read cómic books so i didnt know to who to give it to. Picked out some because.of the artwork. Through the rest away. Wish i would of known you. Would of send them to you. Great collection you have.

Another option If you ever come across comics that you don't want you can always see if a local library would take them in, or donate them to a school.
