Getting the vaccine has been known to reduce ongoing covid symptoms like taste and smell.
If you get vaccinated it might help! I had it too and luckily didn't lose my taste/smell but a friend of mine did - her's came back after about 6 weeks.

Zinc and Vitamind D... i lost my taste for 3 months but after i started taking zinc it started coming back

Mitt enda tips är att träna luktsinnet och dofta på olika saker varje dag, vi körde med en massa kryddor hemma! Men tog tyvärr flera månader och har fortfarande inte tillbaks det helt, och vissa saker luktar/smakar inte alls som innan🙄🥺 men luktträna ska vara bra🥰
